I don't know why we waited so long to upgrade our Xbox. This is so much better than the Xbox One! Absolutely Love it!

Keep the faith y'all, patience and persistence pays off. If you get this in your cart and it says it's unavailable at your local store, switch to another store for pickup and keep flipping back and forth until one of them sticks. It took me 15+minutes of waiting to just add it to the cart and then probably 10 more just cycling between stores for pick up so I could finish checking out. But I got it, and you can too!!!

This machine is a monster! So glad I can watch my 4k movies and play my favorite games as well.

Incredible machine. Looks like the monolith from 2001, thicker then most baes, but is much more shallow then her pervious version. After playing games in 4K 60 FPS and now some in 120fps, I’m like PS5!? What’s that? Only downside is the controller doesn’t have any cool updates like the DualSense 5 does. But with access to game pass and now cloud gaming, there is no comparison. Xbox Series X is the winner this gen!

Great purchase good price everything is good and working

Got the Starfield bundle. So far so good. Love the feel of the controllers, updated graphics, and modern gameplay. Also like that this is backwards compatible.

Powerful system! Runs game exceptionally well and is truly next gen gaming. My only gripes is the UI is basically the same which I didn’t particularly care for on previous gen systems, and also there’s a lack of quality exclusive games. I know these will be out in the next year or two. So for now I will primarily game on my PS5 and use this for game pass when I want to dabble in something that I probably wouldn’t have purchased.

Finally after looking forever we got our hands on the Xbox X and I must say it meets the expectations that everyone said it lived up too. The quality of the games you play on it are awesome, it's not noisy at all, and it's just an outstanding gaming system. The only thing we don't like is game pass, but no one has to use it if they don't want too. If you can get your hands on one, definitely upgrade!

I ran into issues with an Xbox Series X a few months back, bought from a different retailer. It kept crashing so I had to return it. I was reluctant to get a new one, but jumped on it when it went back up for sale at Best Buy. It's honestly been excellent so far. Love the features and works amazing with Game Pass. Can't really say anything bad about it now, it runs smooth.

Put off buying one for the past few years and am realizing just how much I have been missing out on by still playing on a One. There are whole features that I didnt even know were in games until I upgraded. Well worth the money in my opinion.

The service was GREAT and very fast! I told them what I needed and they told me that they would grab it for me and to wait in line to just pay for it.
