I'm very happy with this purchase. The system is amazing and the fact that you have access to such a huge library when you purchase game pass makes this console very worth it to buy in late 2020/early 2021. Buying through BestBuy was a breeze compared to other websites and they bring the product to your car for you safety. 10/10

This is the first new console launch where I did not feel the “next gen feel”. Thats not a bad thing though. The ui feels snappier and all of my last gen games are upgraded in some way! It makes want to re visit my older games to see how they compare to my xbox one x. Not a must buy right now, however, I see the potential. I cant wait to see what new optimized series x only games are going to look and play like!

Love the console can now play with everyone that I used to not be able to play with

My youngest son bought this more than a year ago when his old gaming system began to glitch too much. So far he is happy with the system, especially paired with his 65" TV. He can waste time now with the best of them...

Best purchase for Christmas for my husband it’s quick and compact too

I have been a PlayStation fan for years. This is my First time ever to have an Xbox. So cool!!! My kids love it!!! My husband loves it!!! Only I don’t like is that the controller buttons kinda loud. I can hear the clicking of the buttons even I’m at my bedroom.

I surprised my son on xmas day with it to replace his Xbox one. Works great with no problems retrieving old data from previous games on old system. New design clears up space, and no issues with overheating.

This was a replacement for an xbox series x that we purchased in january of 22. The console is incredible but they are not built to be easily repaired. I would personally encourage you to add the $70 for the 2 yr service plan.

Though nothing in life is perfect, I do LOVE the new Series X. I think it is in dire need of refinement however. As with anything when you buy among the first round of products launched, you experience all the bugs. I’ve had it crash when playing Gears 5, I’ve had it have issues connecting to controllers already connected to it, and I’ve had to hard reset it for a number of reasons. But! I love it. The load times are INSANELY short! When I play Gears 5, I’m the first or one of few people waiting for others, even PC users to load into the game. The graphics are astounding! 120fps at 4K is absolutely wonderful! It doesn’t throw heat like the old 360s, it does cool very well though! It’s got the expandable slot for the new Seagate card and I paired it with another usb SSD for 4TBs of total space so I’m pleased with that. Overall, the Xbox we deserve as gamers right now. Pc gamers, eat your heart out!

Been an Xbox fan since day one and the series x has been great. If you’re more attuned to single player gaming then consider the ps lineup but for anyone who enjoys multiplayer and online play Xbox is 100% the was to go.

This is my first Xbox since the Xbox 360. Overall the system is solid. The quick resume feature is good. The controller is comfortable. The phone app is good. The games when fully optimized to take advantage of the system looks and plays really good on a 4K tv. Gamepass is decent. For the negatives, there are not many titles that Take full advantage of the series x. I find myself playing the old games that I didn’t play because I didn’t have a Xbox one. I do get crashes sometimes. I hate the confusing name convention on the games. You could pick up the wrong game and it won’t take advantage of the Xbox series X.

this xbox has blown my set up up a crazy amount it’s 10 times better then i could’ve imagined it was going to be.

I’m so lucky to get this when it first came out. Love my Xbox, I like that it looks like a fridge because we make jokes about it, and honestly it’s way more convenient like this. I have much more space on my table for other things since the Xbox is vertical now and has a smaller footprint. A year later and it still works perfectly, it’s awesome! I love the disc tray

Loving it! Especially since you can’t play newer games you want without it. Or play with your husband on the same game without it.

Soooo much better than the 1. I don't know why i waited so long to get it. From the graphics to the speed, this thing is just a monster. I'm incredibly happy i purchased a tv that can handle the series x.

I always have been an xbox fan and i can say that i love it. I had to take my first one back it had cable problems but the person that helped me was really nice and was able to get me another one besides that great deal!

Great console well worth the money just make sure you get the right kinda tv for it. The games look great the run smooth the load faster. Love the controller and I like the design of the new Xbox series x.
