You already know the deal it’s the most powerful gaming console on the market yet lackluster next gen title releases and incomplete support networks for backwards compatibility, third party titles and the entire Xbox live hold it back from being the generation dominating machine of previous generations. Hopefully this next coming year of games and OS updated can slowly turn the tides and return Xbox to its former glory. Oh and for me my controllers consistently experienced sticky triggers on the right side that did not exist on the last generations Xbox one which has caused me to buy nearly a dozen controllers over the 3 years I’ve had it which is ridiculous.

Bought this as an open box labeled "excellent" condition. Description matched the item. Have been using it for about a month now and no problems. Came with everything I needed as well (cables and controller).

Smoothest and quite it Xbox I ever had. Cost a bit but I recommend, would love to have 2 TB storage but buying an external hard drive works to. Thanks Best Buy for having it in stock.

Great performance and amazing graphics, still feels like a regular Xbox but advanced

We love that we can use our games on disc with this Xbox versus the Series S model. The speed of the machine is fantastic and doesn't glitch. Some problems with installing one or two games on initial setup but no problems since. The issues were failed installs of some COD modules and similar on other games. I would recommend this model over the Series S, especially if you have many disc games that you don't want to repurchase.

Xbox is the way to go! I absolutely love this gaming console. It is so incredibly fast and powerful. Plays games so beautifully, and is very reliable! Love this console, and I highly recommend to anyone looking into Xbox!

Little tip for people having trouble finding a console in stock in 2022.. Apply for financing thru Citizens bank and Best Buy. You have to pay for 3 years of Xbox live with it, so it totals around 800 dollars, but its worth it.. Only 35 a month or so with 0% financing, and you get one in a cpl days.. Very cool with amazing graphics.. Mainly bought to play 4K DVDs @120fps on my Sony OLED.. Also plays movies in Atmos..

I bought this for my grandson. All he told me is he wanted a new xbox. Can you imagine the big smile, you would have thought I was Santa himself. Love that he could play all his previous grandes on it.

Ordered online during Christmas time, they were out of stock but came just in time for my son to enjoy it on Christmas day. It was on sale too. XBOX is quiet when downloading games and never runs hot, love the shape and blends in well in our coputer/gaming room desk compared to the ps5 slim.

While it feels like more of an upgrade than a new generation due to the operating system user interface being basically the same, the graphically improvements and speed is very noticeable. The box attracts at lot of dust, but runs very quiet. Games that ran on xbox one with long load times, have almost none on this system.

Gaming system reigns! The quality of display and accessibility ion impacting the overall visuals is intense at times! Love the gaming system keeps the grandson immersed all the time when using.

Love this console. The boyfriend and the kids are always on it! It could have more storage space for the price. But overall its great. It doesnt overheat and its quick. No issues have been found and weve had it for a year

I waited as long as I could before upgrading to this machine from my One X due to the cost. But certain games that my buddies started playing were not available on the One X. It runs waaaay faster than the One X. When games go from the pre-game lobby to start, I actually am loaded and waiting before the round begins; whereas with the One X, I wouldn’t load into the game until about 30-40 seconds had already passed. It is smooth, download times are much faster and game play has improved with the faster processing speeds. I have been very pleased with my purchase and hope to have this one last 6+ years like my One X did. Also, the textured controller is very comfortable in the hand…it’s a minor change, but I like the feel and response of the controller. One complaint is that the controller charging port is a different USB from the previous generation, so it doesn’t fit in my controller charging dock. But the package includes the cord needed to charge the new controller. I also like the fact that you can run the machine in a horizontal or vertical position depending on your positioning needs for your setup. The price is a bit higher than I prefer, but ask for some gift cards to help reduce the pain; it is worth the upgrade!

I am amassed at how complicated it has become just to play a game on your home TV. not only buy the CD but have to also purchase a Game pass just to get needed updates for the game you thought you owned....very SAD!

I got the last one in the store hehehe lucky me. I love this thing so much I did a big upgrade from a first gen Xbox one to this absolute beauty. My coworkers wanted me to get it so I could play marvel rivals with em and playing black ops 6 is so much better. Just do it! This is true next-gen performance. I cannot believe the difference even coming from the Xbox One X. The SSD on this thing makes game load times literally non-existent and it's truly awesome. Games look even more amazing on my 4K TV. Quick resume is a neat feature. Controller is almost identical to the Xbox One with a few minor changes and overall being a bit smaller. I love the fact that everything from last gen is backwards compatible including accessories and don't even get me started on Xbox GamePass.. Xbox really out did themselves on the Series X. If you have a 4K TV, I definitely recommend getting the Series X over the Series S. 10/10 I recommend.

Xbox X is a very good Xbox. The only downside is if you want to download games, one terabyte is not enough storage. I purchased an extra 4 TB and I've used most of it already too. I wish that Xbox would make a 10 TB box that was affordable

The Xbox X 1TB is great; I question why 4k discs are not sold because the quality is better than online, wish Xbox were 8k, decently priced at Best Buy and where they sell the real deal
