The good - It is a Xbox Series X & works as it is supposed to. The Bad - Note: This is not BestBuys fault & they were helpful every step of the way. - I initially purchased the Xbox and it came with a faulty controller. I called customer service and they said that they would replace just the controller. That in fact was not true. Since Bestbuy no longer has American Call centers nor can you reach an actual store the reps that I spoke with were a little out of touch with store policys. I brought then entire device back & it was replaced. Xbox #2, the controller worked, but the disk drive & fan were faulty. I returned device #2 and was given a third with no grievances outside of needing to wipe the device and drive it back in. Device #3 works as it should and I had no issues returning the items to get a new one in working order.

Shockingly Microsoft Xbox support has done great on getting my Xbox issue resolved and shipping me an entire new unit. The process of restoring the image was seamless. Overall the Xbox itself has held up over the years. Taken traveling as well.

Excellent once connected game on with awesome technology

I have a gaming pc and I just upgraded from a original Xbox one, this thing still wows me. In 4K it really truly does run pretty smooth on the big screen. Having the SSD in the Xbox makes it seamless switching between apps. If I want to play F1 2021… boom there and it’s resumed. Nah I want to watch a movie boom right into that in 10 seconds. Super seamless and very convenient. Only wish is that it would be more available within the supply chain otherwise I think this would be running PS5 over.

The series x has alot that i wanted i can play my old first generation Xbox games on the system my Xbox 360 games on it and Xbox i am very happy with my Xbox series x still have alot of my old generation stuff like atari

Its a great device but if you have a t.v from like 2018 or older 4k or notit will not work and they wont tell you that ... you have to buy a new t.v

This console is fire. Amazing performance, fast load times, beautiful graphics. I held out on moving up to Series X, thanks to some Xbox One crossover with new games for awhile, but next gen games need next gen consoles to play. I still love my Xbox One S, still the Series X is faster, smoother, and more vibrant. I will always buy an Xbox.
