Love my xbox <3 game pass is awesome - gotten 800+ hrs out of Minecraft alone lol. Play games with my husband all the time now.

If you have not got a Mybestbuycard you should look into it it's worth the value. you can get this item and many more things on promotional financing. after owning this for over 6months i can tell you it's very reliable and a step up from previous versions. The controller feels better however feels like already needs to be replaced that has not changed much.

First the Bad: No changes to the UI, controller is good but nothing much change. The Good: This system is amazing, whispering quiet amazing fast and the HDR (High Dynamic Range) ooooh wow the HDR. I was playing immortals Fenyx Rising on my previous console the One X and when I downloaded the patch for the series X I could immediately tell the difference but it wasn’t until I loaded up Darksiders 3 from last Gen that I was convinced. The series X not only is a graphical powerhouse smooth machine but it makes last Gen games look and perform 100% better. Can’t wait for current Gen games to come more often. PS: you don’t need a new TV to tell the difference I’m rocking the KS8000 from 2016 and I’m loving the machine, of course along the way you’ll need a TV with a 2.1 HDMI to take full advantage of the Series X and PS5 but wait 1-2 years when they become cheaper and more readily available.

Purchased 1 TB. Played it was much faster then the original xbox one that i have. However returning it to pre order the 2 TB xbox one (did not see larger hard drive size was coming out. To me the configuration is not as pleasing as have TV stand it will not fit into.

Gotta love the xbox. I use it for everything. Its my tv, gaming consle, and my desktop.

Awesome game system. No complaints so far. Works as advertised. Just be sure you have a 4k TV and the appropriate wiring, etc.. I've had friends complain because they aren't getting next gen graphics, but they're playing on regular HD tvs and not 4k tvs.

I’ve been an Xbox user for longer than I can remember (15+ years). I have my original Xbox One since it first launched in 2013 and it still works 10 years later. I just wanted it upgrade because of the great deals Best Buy had for a member such as myself. This machine looks amazing on my new 75” though. I moved my older model to my bedroom. I’m forever loyal to Best Buy + Microsoft when it comes to electronics and entertainment.

I love my xbox! everything loads in quicker than older xbox’s. I’ve had my xbox already for a good moment & it hasn’t failed me not one bit. The quality of everything is way better & i have plenty of space on my xbox. From a gamer pov this is for sure the best xbox option you can get

Absolutely in love with this system. Once you experience the speed of getting in and out of games, you will never want to go back. To be honest if you are coming from a Xbox One X, as of this moment it isn't a huge leap forward graphically outside a handful of games like NBA 2k21 or Madden 21 yet because most games were designed for the older system and aren't fully taking advantageof the next gen consoles (YET). 4k is 4k although this systems has the power to keep the resolution in 4k more so than last gen systems. Also there are alot of games that get dynamic upgrades and better framerates (which is amazing). Games that don't have HDR get a nice little auto HDR boost. Even older generation games look so much better now. The ability to play in 4k at 120fps is insane (2.1 hdmi TV needed). Overall it is a must buy for any gamer. I highly recommend.

Next Gen right? Well not so fast. Has the same old user interface as the previous Xbox one. You know it’s funny how they claim it’s the most powerful console but didn’t update a simple user interface to experience some sort of next gen feel when starting up your next gen console for the very first time. So why believe what they claim after all? Check this out , another point. The colors are not as contrast as with the PS5. You can also find this online when you search a comparison game running side by side. You will notice The PS5 has a better contrast ratio while the Xbox looks a tad bit lower giving the in game characters a more realistic look on the PS5. Maybe they will correct in the future, I truly hope so. Also Starting of you will feel the difference of the PS5 with a new user interface, a built in game that combines their years of all the PlayStation technology into the game and making the game fun at that! Exploiting their newly adaptive triggers on the controller of the PS5 was very new and creative. I’m just a tad bit disappointed why Xbox did really nothing with any updated new look feel features. Yes the games run smooth, yes the console is very quiet. And yes it’s very fast. But this was all to be expected. It’s a shame they couldn’t have at least updated the user interface . I guess the only unique features is the in game pause , play another game, and come back to where you left of on your first game. Which is cool I guess, but I’m not the type of guy to like my console straining more power then what I’m currently using it for. The controller also feels very similar to the last gen. I would like to add they did however, create a faster response on the controller then the PS5 controller .I’ve noticed the PS5 is not as quick response as the Xbox. So shoot em up games, you probably will have a slighter advantage on the Xbox Series X. All in all It is a absolute beast for next gen gaming, but lacking a lot of the differential unique features is were Xbox really dropped the ball. Still a beast of a console especially with Xbox buying exclusive title rights to company’s like the creators of Doom). The future looks bright for the Xbox Series X. 4/5

These guys are great. The supervisor was amazing. My sales rep was the best honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys and girls. They were so cool and they have so much knowledge which I didn’t expect.

I love using my xbox series x bought it when it was on sale at best buy for 450$ and it included a 50$ promotional gift card to best buy which allowed me to get a 2nd controller for free the graphics are amazing and it even supports ray tracing making the graphics on games look even more flawless and it even suports gaming in 4k up to 120 fps!!! 100% satisfied with my purchase would give higher then 5 stars if I could!

Great service ... From price checking at BestBuy.com to playing game at home took 45 mins incl. driving and setting up everything. Helpful guys at store. My only regret is not buying as bundle with 1 tb memory expansion. With bundle i could get extra 1 tb storage with 20% off. 1 month later i decided ands went to buy 1 tb memory expansion separately. If you are still thinking about buying Series X, stop and go buy it from nearest Best Buy store. Great games are on horizon.

Incredible purchase experience and service from Best Buy. I secured the Series S model at launch, but Best Buy had the X in stock early one morning and I jumped at the chance due to the extreme demand. It was going to be nearly a week before pickup, but i was notified early and picked up my system before a long weekend. I was able to try out the system with plenty of time to enjoy it. The S is a great system and plenty for a lot of gamers. The X takes it to the next level. The graphics and processing speeds are great. Even the newly optimized older games are beautiful and smoother. Load times are insanely fast. I am very happy with this console and GamePass Ultimate means you have a huge library of games to play from. The PS5 seems to get all the hype but the Series S/X are definitely next Gen upgrades.

Best console I've ever owned! It plays OG XBOX and 360 XBOX GAMES also, so you don't have to connect three different gaming consoles to one tv! Best move I ever made was to buy this and subscribe to Gamepass Ultimate! I also own a Playstation 5 but I only use that for the few exclusives.. All the triple AAA 3rd party games I play on my Xbox. Halo Infinite is amazing! And with my Gamepass Ultimate subscription I don't even need to have my Xbox to play. I can play right from my phone/pc/tablet on a good Wi-Fi connection. Really is amazing how much they do for us gamers. Whatever system you choose have a great time on it, and don't fall into the console war! But I cannot recommend this enough! ✌

Console works flawlessly, the backwards compatibility is awesome and I haven’t found a game that it doesn’t work with yet. It’s awesome to be able to go back and play your old games on a new console and in 4K they look gorgeous. Only thing I have to complain about is storage space with the size of modern games, but that is easily expanded with the addition of an external hard drive. I would strongly recommend a WD Black 4-5TB expansion drive that Best Buy sells as a must buy item for this console. You plug it in and it just works, purposely built for gaming and adds 4x the memory for exactly 1/2 the price of the internal sea gate expansion drive sold by Xbox! Also, the sleek design of the console fits right in to my entertainment center so my girlfriend wasn’t even mad! Always a plus.

Great console A nice and awesome upgrade yet it does heat up a lot but other than that it's amazing

Good resolution, amazing 4K. Had the Xbox One loved that one but this one is way better!
