I will never go back to play station. I love my Xbox.

Xbox didn’t work took it back they exchanged it no questions asked and now it’s perfect

Having been lucky enough to procure both next-generation consoles near launch date, I've got to say that The Series X has been getting the majority of my playtime lately. Yes, the launch lineup is forgettable, but that has yet to be an issue for me. Like most gamers, I've got a miles-long backlog from last generation, and the Series X has been an outstanding way to enjoy enhanced versions of games from the entire Xbox ecosystem (Xbox,360, and One). Yes, the PS5 can run enhanced versions of some last-gen titles, but most compatible titles run just like they did on the PS4, and in terms of PS3 and older titles, you're best bet is dusting off the older consoles if you're looking to play these older titles. Don't mistake this as fanboyism because I have high hopes for both the PS5 and the Series X, but at this moment in time I'm spending more time with my Series X in spite ofthe total lack of worthwhile exclusives. This console makes playing many of my favorite titles faster,more convenient, and better looking than ever before, and it does that flawlessly. You can't go wrong with a PS5 or a Series X, but with the Series X the consumer is getting an unbeatable value proposition with GamePass Ultimate (this is a no-brainer if you own the console, as most of you already know). The console itself is worth owning right now even without any must-own launch exclusives if you ask me. I've been very happy with my purchase thus far, and can highly recommend the Series X for any serious console gamer. Highly recommended!!!

Will be buying another one for my oldest! Very fast and I love that it still takes the disc games!

I've had a PS5 for almost one full year, and while Spider-Man 2 was amazing... I didn't feel completely satisfied with the system. The Xbox GamePass system is the biggest factor why I chose to go to the Series X, First Party Games available Day One, plus a ton of titles, the best multiplayer service and so many events and discounts and other promotions too. The system itself doesn't dominate my tv counter, it's almost dead quiet whereas the pS5 had some noise (but still nothing like the jumbo jet PS4 Pro ). I didn't;t get the same sense of belonging to a gaming community on the pS5 at all, and the company doesn't help by raising prices on games and services without a scent of human touch . Having to literally perform surgery to expand the the internal memory on the pS5 is a pain, while on the Seies X you just plug in a Seagate or WD memory cad. To me, the Xbox Series X is the best video game console I've ever had, and I won't be going back to Playstation ever again.

North tenth McAllen Best Buy had wonderful customer service. From the moment my husband and I stepped in we were greeting with a warm hello and how my I help you today. The gentlemen helped my husband out in the direction of where to get a replacement for my son’s oculus. Then he told me where I could go find the Xbox system and accessories. The young man in the back helped me with my selection of an Xbox. Told me the difference between the game systems and what gadgets are included. He helped me out to the best of his knowledge because I myself am not a GAMER. I am horrible with names but if I could remeber his name would give him a shout out in this review. My husband was able to order another oculus without any trouble. As we proceeded to check out with the xbox the associate cashing us out asked us about applying for a Best Buy card which, we were approved! Thank you Best Buy family. Happy holidays.

Grew up on Xbox, this system is the best! My 11yr old loves playing this and my 3yr old loves to watch. Even got a “dummy controller” so he can play with

Love the console and all the compatibility with it

This marks my second purchase of the Xbox Series X, unfortunately. The HDMI slot on both consoles has proven to be excessively loose, making it prone to accidental disconnection with the slightest tug on the HDMI cord. The trouble began when I tripped over the cord while attempting to relocate my original Xbox Series X, resulting in issues. Considering the option of repairing the loose HDMI slot, the estimated cost stood at $250. The uncertainty surrounding the quality of the repair job made this prospect less than appealing. Numerous horror stories circulated about third-party repairs, instilling a sense of caution. Fortunately, as of my current typing, the Xbox is available on sale for $399. For just $150 more than the repair cost, I opted to secure a new system. This decision not only spared me potential headaches with repairs but also granted me a brand-new console at a reasonable price amidst the ongoing sale.

I had been hesistant to purchase this next-gen console due to the price and the unreliable unit numbers during the pandemic. I am SO glad I stopped waiting and decided to purchase this. For those like me who have been waiting or who don't think it's worth to spend the cash, trust me, it is!!! The new graphics are AMAZING and almost lifelike. The memory is far better than old consoles. This machine can also play blu-rays and the newer format of videos. Best of all, if you're a huge gamer like I am, XBOX is an amazing investment because some of the older xbox games you can just plug in and play. This feature alone makes this worth it. So again, if you're hesitant, do a little research and finally make that choice like I did! I recommend Best Buy because they're always in stock and their employees are always super helpful :) Cheers!

Amazing, It Runs Super Smooth & Fast, Load Up Time Is Incredible Compared To My Older Console.

This is an amazing console, fairly quiet and doesn’t get too hot. Really sleek design. A lot of customization, comfortable controller. Game-pass ultimate is such an amazing deal. Only downside is the 1tb of space model as call of duty takes up over a quarter of that. And with the systems use of storage your down to abt half available storage. Other than that I love this console

I pre-ordered the Series X with Mighty Ape the very moment it went live. My console arrived at 10am on launch day (Christchurch). Although the Series X enhanced games are pretty thin on the ground this early, I can tell you guys that it's a pretty freakn awesome, and solid console. Step one was downloading the xbox app on my phone so I could set it up remotely (which was something new). 10 to 15 minutes later I was all set up and updated and the console just ran without an issue. All settings from my xbox one just crossed over and I was even able to plug my existing USB external hard drive I used with my xbox one and play all games instantly with no extra download or setup. Running games off of an external conventional hard drive wont be as fast as the SSD but if you dont care about saving 20 seconds then it's all good. Yes the xbox one games I played looked better and ran smoother (although im comparing it to the one s not the one x but the difference is noticable) - Modern Warfare was hugely improved. GTA online looked similar but the frame rate was just smooth as silk. Im actually noticing that original xbox 360 games look really nice and run smooth. Its as if the textures are smoother but I dont know how thats possible or if im just seeing things - however Left 4 Dead 2 was a really nice experience. I even tried an original xbox title (Star Wars Battlefront 2 original) and the game looked wonderful with upgraded reolutions. The Series X is quiet too. Its on the desk next to me as I type this and I cant hear a thing. My experience is completely positive so far. My xbox one controllers also pair up seemlessly if I want to use them. I can't fault this thing at all - When content for next gen games and upgrades start rolling out this thing will be epic (So far I can say that Modern Warfare and Star Wars Squadrons seem to look particularly good visually) - One quick discIaimer though - I am currently using a standard 1080p computer monitor for now (my 4k tv is in storage as Im moving house) So all of these observations are just in standard 1080p but even that looks better - im looking forward to seeing it in 4k. Great system, but lack of exclusives is a big problem. Switched to PlayStation. PS5 is the better choice.

I love this console so much. It's such a big boost from my old Xbox one S console. i highly suggest this one way more than any other console out there!
