The last Xbox I had was the Xbox one s. What a great device, hopefully this one lives up to my expectations as well! I will say, my girlfriend and I were playing Diablo 4 on the old Xbox and it was pretty stuttery at times, on this one, it's absolutely beautiful. Same for split fiction and baldurs gate split screen.

I love this console so much. It's such a big boost from my old Xbox one S console. i highly suggest this one way more than any other console out there!

The Xbox Series X is a absolute BEAST of a console. I own both the Series X & PS5 digital console. I use the Series X just about everyday as my PS5 sits there collecting dust waiting for Playstation's next exclusive games to come out. Also, Gamepass is absolutely the best gaming deal in the industry, especially for new consumers who dont own any games. I own alot of Xbox digital & disk games. However now I rarely buy games anymore bc I've come to learn they'll almost likely end up in GP at some point. The Series X has a bunch of cool features including quick resume, Xbox Velocity Architecture which comprises four major components: a custom NVME SSD, hardware accelerated decompression, a brand new DirectStorage API layer and Sampler Feedback Streaming (SFS). The box also leverages AMD freesync & VRR on new tvs that support it something Sony's console still doesnt have. Also Xbox doesnt charge you twice for the same game like Playstation does. The Series X is worth every penny and is built for the future of gaming

Excellent product this upgrade work above and beyond

The Xbox Series X is an awesome console. You won't regret buying it. My favorite feature is the quick resume where you can switch seamless to a previous game from where you left off without having to start the game all the way from the main menu. Load time is very quick as most games are stored on the SSD drive. Game Pass subscription let's you plan some great titles such as all of the Halo universe, Gears of War, etc included. Pair this with Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset for Xbox for an unparalleled spatial audio quality experience. There is an option to install another SSD drive for even more space. The console is also backward compatible with older xbox titles. Plus it looks good as well. Overall I recommend for any gamer

The XBOX Series X was everything I was hoping it would be! This was a massive upgrade over my original launch XBOX One. I can finally experience 4k gaming which looks incredible and the system never skips a heart beat with butter smooth consistent frame rates. Launch titles may be limited as of now, but that doesn't mean you don't have anything to play. With hundreds of games to choose from with its backwards compatibility from all generation, you have no shortage of games especially if you have a Game Pass subscription (which I highly recommend). Nonetheless, there are still a handful of launch games that can utilize the power of the Series X including COD Cold War and AC Valhalla, while also optimizing previous gen. games such as Forza Horizon 4 and Gears 5. I can't wait to see future exclusives such as the next installment of Forza and Halo and how they utilize the power of this console. Overall, I love everything about the Series X. From the minimalistic matte black design, the familiar controller, and the blazing speed.

The Xbox Series X is an excellent piece of hardware. The SSD storage makes for really quick low times. The Quick Resume functionality was something that I thought I'm not really that interested in I don't need it, but after using it for a couple weeks now it makes the overall gaming experience much more pleasant. The excellent backwards compatibility that's been implemented in the Series X is really quite astounding. You get support all the way back from the Xbox One to the original Xbox game console. Pretty much every backwards compatible title has enhancements in low times, resolution, frame rate, and some have added HDR support. If you're just joining the Xbox family for the first time from PlayStation or Nintendo, a must have is Game Pass. You get access to hundreds of games from Microsoft's back catalog and even some new releases, along with the majority of Microsoft first party titles. It's an excellent value. Now for the not so good parts. The overall OS/UI it's just pretty much a copy and paste of the Xbox one OS. I've never been a huge fan of it but it gives the job done. I've always preferred the Sony OS because to me it felt much more simple and easier to use. The Xbox Series X controller is a solid controller. It's an improvement from the Xbox one controller, I like the texture grip, and the d-pad is improved which for me is a big plus because I like to play a lot of 2D action games and I don't like using analog stick for that. But Sony has really knocked it out of the park with the Dualsense controller which makes Microsoft controller seem a little less exciting. The biggest negative of all with the Xbox series X, it's just the lack of first party games. But I'm buying into this ecosystem this time around because with all the recent studio acquisitions Microsoft has made it looks like the first party lineup should be much better this generation. The reason that I give this five stars despite the negatives that I've mentioned, is because this is a hardware review not a software review. Finally update my Xbox console after having the Xbox s for a good long while. Will always be a fan of Xbox it does exactly what I want it to do and will always be the console I choose!

I recently upgraded to the Xbox x. I do love the the 4k but it still has issues with certain tv’s (Lg, Samsung, and Sony). It has to do with refresh rate which I won’t go into now. The fact you can no longer use an external drive to play new game is a huge negative. Now you have to spend over $300 for a Seagate expansion drive. Absolutely ridiculous and they reduced the storage space compared to my last Xbox.. Unfortunately I did not research this Pryor to purchase. The game play is better as to video quality and load time is much better. If you need a new system or just want the latest and greatest, then this is a good purchase. I gave 4 stars as this is still a great gaming system and still give more features for the money than the competitor (yes I own both)

The XBox Series X is a powerhouse, feature packed, and slick looking game console. This is what 2 decades of perfection looks like. Microsoft has delivered on every aspect of this console and its online xbox services. Combining this console with gamepass, and you and will never have a problem finding something to play. I bought this console in hopes that it would make splitscreen ARK Survival evolved, a better experience. Let me tell you, I am happy to report that it did. The game looks and performes so good on the series x. I can split screen with my kids and we have no tether to each other. The series X is able to run the whole map for each person individually. No lag in the menus, and the raytracing makes running through the woods very imersive. Overall I am extremly happy with the Series X. The price of this VS upgrading my PC really helped justify buying it. Also the fact that the series X is perfect for playing games with kids. PC still is not very family friendly after all these years. My only complaint is the overpriced storage upgrades for the series X.
