While theres not many exclusives or new generation games around for this system to flex its muscles at the moment, I'm still happy with the purchase. The load times, (or lack of) are excellent; the system goes from being powered off, to completely on with a game playing in maybe 10-20 seconds. The system itself is very quiet, and not nearly as large as I had pictured in my head. Every game I've played runs smoother and looks better compared to my OG Xbox One.

Microsoft came to play this gen. This system is a beast. So many improvements from the xbox one. The speed of loading, image enhancements, and the new controller is amazing feeling. The single greatest thing Xbox is doing right now that Sony is neglecting heavily is backwards compatibility. With Xbox they are making almost all games dating back from very first Xbox back compatible and this Series X makes the games look and run almost as if they were brand new games made today.

I big upgrade from Xboxone. I can tell the differences in speed, graphics, and performance. Highly recommend for gamers.

Better than expected, was gaming on an original gen 1 xbox one. Used to have frame rate drops and skips all the time. Now with this its super crispy graphics and framerate on everything I play. Like the updated design as well a modern update

We love that we can use our games on disc with this Xbox versus the Series S model. The speed of the machine is fantastic and doesn't glitch. Some problems with installing one or two games on initial setup but no problems since. The issues were failed installs of some COD modules and similar on other games. I would recommend this model over the Series S, especially if you have many disc games that you don't want to repurchase.

Works great for the whole family. With Xbox game pass you get a lot of games and even some day 1 releases. Has lots of storage and runs smooth

Upgrading from an original Xbox One has been a fantastic experience. MUCH faster loading and the faster frame rates, extra detail, and effects on cross-gen games is awesome. Can't wait for true next-gen games to see what it can really do! Only issue has been heat building up in my entertainment center, so I bought a small, quiet USB fan to help vent the cabinet and that took care of the problem.

Its a great system! Havent had any issues. Got an extra controller cuz i wanted something besides the matte black but thats cuz im picky. Was able to download all the games i wants and still have 30% space left. Including big games! Super excited

I was finally able to pick one of these up thanks to Best Buy offering them to Total Tech members. I had the Xbox One so this was a pretty nice upgrade although I didn't think it would be as good of an upgrade as it has been. The graphics are an insane upgrade. The speed at which games load is extremely faster. I don't have anymore issues with certain games. Overall, if you can get your hands on this system, it's well worth it.

I am absolutely in love with this thing. It honestly gave me a reason to jump back into gaming because it's never looked so good. Crisp 4K details at 120hz is very hard to compete with in the PC world. Definitely getting a bargain here when it comes to performance. I would recommend anyone to upgrade to this model cuz it is heat.

This console screams! Older games look better! Everything loads faster and newer games like Valhalla are amazing visually. Quick resume is a great feature. Add on Gamepass and you have a great catalog to start with. Even though I am a Playstation owner as well, it has done nothing but collect dust on my shelf as Microsoft has really pushed a customer-first strategy where Sony seems to be stuck in trying to squeeze their customers for extra money at every opportunity.

Excellent. Finally decided to upgrade from the Xbox One to the Series X after using the Xbox One for 14 years. Love how quiet it is and how fast the load times are compared to the Xbox One.

It's big, it's fast, it's quiet. I've had a Series X since launch. I recently bought another as a gift. I love how quiet the Series X is. Games are faster too, obviously. Did I mention that it's big? The biggest downside of the quietness is the form factor. Such an awkward shape that won't fit easily in most home theater set ups, especially if you have a rack or cabinet of any kind. I've placed it sideways, but it takes up so much wasted space that way. I get that it's designed to be placed upright on top of a table or entertainment center, but c'mon. I don't need more clutter on my table. Another miss is the lack of optical or SPDIF output, so you're stuck with HDMI for audio. The easiest solution was to buy a cheap HDMI audio splitter from Amazon. But then there's no compatibility with HDMI 2.1. Will have to get a much more expensive splitter later. All in all, Love the more powerful graphics upgrade. Not a fan of the hardware form factor and recycled UI from older XBox generation.

Microsoft finally listened to customers on what they want in a console. Performance, graphics, and quality finally make it to the new Xbox Series X and at a decent price for what it’s built with. Pair it with an OLED LG 65C1PUB tv, or equivalent type tv, and it will blow your mind what the graphics will do on this console. Don’t buy if you are going to play it on a cheap tv. The graphics will only be as good as your tv allows…….

my son was excited to receive this for Christmas. It was a nice upgrade and he said it works so much faster.

Got this bad boy on launch day and wanted to wait to give it some time before giving my thoughts. So far I’ve had 0 issues and tons of hours put into it. THIS THING IS INCREDIBLE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY IT! Super fast, amazing graphics, awesome games (thanks gamepass.) This machine makes PS5 look like the weaker younger brother who’s trying too hard to look cool. This is worth every penny if your a hardcore gamer. Boys this is it... everything we’ve ever wanted. Enjoy!

Upgraded from Xbox One to the Series X. Night and day difference. Everything loads sooo much faster. More storage, more computing power, better graphics. 100% recommend. My wife walked in the room as I had Forza up, she thought it was a movie.
