The console runs really smooth. Easiest setup of any of their consoles so far, transferring games over took usually 5 minutes or less. The load times are definitely quicker on this console. The one thing I can not say anything on is the graphics because I have yet to purchase any of the new games that would actually show what this one is capable of. My only major issue with this would be through Best Buy. I ordered this as a pre-order back in September and did not get it until 3 days after the actual release even though I received multiple confirmations that the order was shipped on time and on it's way. Generally would not care about when a product is delivered unless it is something like this where you pre-order and expect to have it at launch.

Two of the games that are supposed to come with this are missing. I received the games in the mail, but the cases were empty, so i called best buy and about a half hour of trying to get them to understand, they finally agreed to send me new games. I received one of the games the other day and guess what, the disc was missing. Not sure where to go from here. Last bundle i will buy from BestBuy...

Have had xbox since the beginning of the console life, been through all the different iterations and i am very happy with the progression of Microsofts systems so far. Looking forward to what they will come up with next

If I could this would received a 4.5 star. The system is more compact than I expected but it is still not really pleasant to look at. Playing games is excellent. It is quiet, fast. A pleasure to use. My biggest disappointment with this and PS5 is the size of the SSD and the cost to expand it. At least with the cloud gaming (if you have game pass) it cuts down on the downloads you would otherwise be doing just to test new and different types of games. I wish they would have made the jump to SSD for the One X but I suppose it would have taken away some of the wow with the Series X. I am looking forward to see what they come up with next.

I have played both and I bought this Xbox, but I think I should have bought a Sony instead. Seems like Sony is up-to-date with their content. As my granddaughter has one and she loves it and I go over and play with her all the time. It seems to keep up no lag. And my internet is not slow here, either

The Xbox was very worth it, no lag and the graphics are amazing. Would recommend.

This console is fast, quiet, and has a better boot-up time than my Xbox One, which was over 10 years old so it was time for an update. The power supply unit is built-in, however, so it is fairly heavy. Even so, I found a wall mount system on Amazon and it works great for my gaming room. If you've been on the fence about upgrading, I highly recommend the X Series!

Started with a series S and compared to the X. The X is far superior. First the Memory! We are talking gaming Yes! Memory is important. Purchasing The X and memory card is a wise . But out the door the X memory is worth it and will not need to worry of upgrading for a while. Graphics 4K. Price is average compared to other gaming options. Worth it

Great system game pass is best deal on the market. I have had no problems with this device and streams videos and runs online gaming with ease. Best money for a gaming system I’ve ever spent.

This thing is a beast! It was a toss up between this and the PS5 and I'm honestly glad I went this route. 4k gaming like its supposed to be! Now I know its no where near a PC setup, but for a console this thing is setting the bar. Quick resume feature is pretty cool, and you can have multiple games queued at once. Load times are almost non-existent, and downloads seem to go rather quickly, but that may vary depending on your ISP. The graphics are incredible! 4k gaming at 60fps is amazing. One of the biggest selling points for me was the backwards compatibility spanning all the way back to some first gen titles. If you're on the fence on buying this, just do it! You wont be disappointed!

We own a switch and have for a few years. Decided to buy an Xbox and finally bought this one. Took longer than expected to set up and link accounts from the switch. Probably because I had three profiles, two which were kids accounts and nothing wanted to merge right. Take that frustration out and now that it is up and running all seem to enjoy it. I am surprised at the storage need for games when downloaded. I would suggest the 2TB version.

Great decision.... I had originally purchased a Series S. I got lucky enough to spot this Series X shortly thereafter and so very glad I did. The performance difference is more noticeable then most people say it is. PROs: It's everything they claim. It connected seamlessly. The interface is easy and streamlined. Performance is great!! CON: The single con that I will state is the lack of a sound connection directly on the console. You are forced to drag audio through the HDMI. But with my setup I couldn't take advantage of that. So I purchased an audio splitter ($25) that sends the audio out to an optical connection (which is what my surround system needed). Once connected, it worked perfect. And the sound is great!

Quality build, quality features. The Xbox Series X is far and away a much better product than the Xbox One was. I love the design and it just works like a gaming console should work. With Microsoft investing heavily in gaming developers & bringing them into the fold at Xbox, the console & company has a great future. The value is also tremendous. Whether it's the ability to play older games natively & at a higher performance with backwards compatibility or signing up for Xbox Game Pass. You can literally buy the console, sign up for Game Pass, and have hundreds of games to dive into. Microsoft & Xbox has really nailed it going into this generation. A high-quality product for gamers.

Have to say this is a great console but it does have a few issues at launch. I’ll tell you now there might be some glitches that happens with your games like randomly shutting off the console or lagging out (I’m talking to you Cold War) but I don’t blame the console itself for that. The games are not being prepaired properly for next Gen and I’m not gonna blame the box for it plus they’re already looking to fix those bugs. Only complaint is Xbox doesn’t have the most newest releases when this thing came out but with Xbox game pass I think it’s still a great purchase. (If you didn’t get one dont worry about it. Not a lot of games are released for it yet so take your time to upgrade you’re not missing out on a lot but overall great console!)

Microsoft definitely went with the "if it broke, don't fix it" philosophy on this system. Is the experience all that different from the Xbox One? Not as much as you'd think, but it becomes evidently clear, fairly quickly, that you are gaming with much more processing power. Load times are much faster, yes, but to really see what. you're getting, you ned to play a game that has been developed specifically for the X|S on both an Xbox One and an Xbox Series X. It wasn't until I played one of the enhanced games on my son's Xbox One that I realized how much of a visual spectacle I was experiencing on the Series X. The visuals are so much bolder, brighter, and butterier. If you can find one, if you can afford one, I highly recommend the upgrade.
