It's my first Xbox and I was definitely excited for it to arrive! Shipping was on point and it arrived on launch day, November 10th. Everything was in the box, the controller, the 2.1 HDMI cable, and the console itself along with the power cord! Playing games with quick resume has been nearly seamless and quite frankly makes you forget about load times. Sometimes, though, the console keeps turning on after I turn it off and this is mildly frustrating but a reset/restart does the trick. Additionally the controller, when I sit down for a new gaming session, fails to connect to the console and the Xbox button blinks slowly, unlike the quick blinking when it is looking to pair. I then have to pull out the Xbox app and use the remote on their to navigate to settings and force a restart which usually fixes that problem and the controller connects with no problem then. Besides that and the few times the console has crashed, I am overall satisfied with my purchase and just hope these problems are addressed through future patches/updates if possible and that more exclusives head to the Series X/S.

As someone who’s had most of the xbox systems, I think this one is great! The system runs well without little issue, besides the occasional crash. It doesn’t overheat or anything like that, and the performance is great. I will say that it’s very similar to its predecessors, and if you don’t want to spend too much money, you could certainly look into one of the previous systems. Overall, I do recommend!

Had mine for a while now. I love it. It’s smaller and runs faster. Still using the same controller no problem 2 years later. Cord is slim. Also the gentleman who helped me was so kind.

Best Buy is always my go-to. If not best price, will match the price.

Xbox rules , we have been xbox fans since Halo , now if they would get rid of 343 studios it would be even better

I was shopping for Xbox series X and PS5. They were out of stock constantly and the situation was not getting better as the Holidays approaching. I was lucky enough to log in Bestbuy.com at the right time and picked up the Xbox within 1/2 hour. It did not come with any game but as a new buyer I was able to try the Xbox pass for 1 month and paid just $1 to try a lot of games before buying them. There is nothing to dislike about the machine and the deal. I will keep shopping for another unit either xbox or ps5 to make some kids smile.

I bought an Xbox to play Starfield since Bethesda makes some of my favorite games and I own a playstation. The system itself runs great, fast and snappy. The UI is clean and easy to understand. I absolutely love the quick resume feature! I can jump from Starfield into Madden without having to quit and load up the game. All in all the Xbox is a great console and pairing it with gamepass makes it an even better purchase.

One of the best Xboxes made, it’s a powerhouse and the support of VRR and 120 hz is phenomenal. The controller is so comfortable and responsive. I am team Xbox all the way especially because they make controllers for disabled people, options for color blind, voice activation features and more because they want everyone to share in the gaming community equally and enjoy being part of the community!

I’m in love with this machine. I’ve been a PlayStation fan for the longest time but I’ve gotta give it to Microsoft here: they have created a truly impressive gaming machine. This system is fast, powerful and a great way of playing games from every Xbox generation. I own this system and also a PS5 and find myself using the Xbox more because it’s so fast! New games look great on the system and the old titles also perform exceptionally well. Also, Game Pass is truly a game-changer. You won’t run out of games to play with it. If you can only get one system this generation, I’d recommend you pick up an Xbox Series X, as you will get plenty of value with the upcoming Xbox exclusives and access to a large catalog of old games.

Love the new series X. It isn't remotely as powerful as my PC’s, but that is to be fully expected and it isn’t supposed to be. For the price of the console, I believe the performance is incredible. It has a little more than double the GPU performance of the ONE X, and the storage is definitely better with the SSD storage though don’t expect m.2 load times. 1TB isn’t enough storage now either, but more internal name storage would really drive the price up so it make sense financially why it only has 1TB. Great overall console and a big leap for the Xbox.

Amazing console with much shorter load times. The internal SSD allows for games to load up and updates to download in much shorter times. The UI and dashboard is much improved over its predecessor. Play games like Call of Duty at 4K/120 FPS (with applicable televisions/monitors), Destiny 2 with HDR, 4K/60 FPS in PVE and 4K/120 FPS in PVP (with applicable televisions/monitors). Even older-gen games, e.g. Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, GTA V, State of Decay II have speedier load times with the Series X. Many games from last-gen have received developer optimization updates for the Series X, which improves performance, frames, HDR, and load times, just to name a few. Get ready for next-gen with the Xbox Series X.

This is the second Series X we have in our house. I got lucky and was able to get this for my sons birthday. Needless to say he was super ecstatic!! Significantly faster, smoother and better quality than any previous Xbox. The graphics and speed alone are phenomenal. For most games this console is perfect if you are a casual gamer. I would recommend this to anyone, it is a great buy and a lot of fun. With all the games available for purchase and on the Game Pass you will not go bored! If you are looking to take your gaming to the next level, however, I would highly recommend a gaming PC or building your own PC.

didnt know if the upgrade would make that much of a difference, it did. the 4k gaming experience is amazing it makes playing fps games that much more enjoyable and gamepass is far superior than the other console subscription service. here is what i will say dont go blowing your money on it same with the other one i had a trade in that brought it down to 8 bucks so for me it was a no brainer!

Amazing customer experience. Execution by the best buy team was 100/10. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and directed to the pick-up area. Once at the desk, i was asked about my order, confirmed my order and my order was brought out to me in under 5 minutes. The online pickup station is by far the best feature at the store.

Good product. More expensive than original product but overall a good product

The Xbox Series X is such a great console for people who have been on Xbox for a long time since a lot of the games you own are transferred to the system via account ownership. The controller feels so good to hold. The only gripe I have with it is that it only has a 1 TB ssd storage, so I recommend buying an expansion card for it. Overall, I am enjoying everything the console has to offer.

Newest edition to the Xbox family of Systems. The model is the more powerful disc model capable of up to 4K @ 120hz gaming. Xbox has backward compatibility with Xbox One family of systems, meaning it can play games from the Xbox One family of systems, and even a select amount of games from the Xbox 360 family of systems. The older games are enhanced with better graphics, performance, and loading screens are significantly reduced. The system is also compatible with Xbox One accessories. This version of the Xbox Series family can play disc based games as well as digital. Paired with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, owning an Xbox gives a nearly an unlimited amount of games to play. Purchase and enjoy!

Beautiful picture quality and smooth performance. Genuinely an improvement on the XboxOne as far as performance, especially on big games. Personally like the shape better, it is more adaptable for space.

Series X is probably the best xbox console to date. The system loads quickly and the "quick resume" feature is real handy. It does emit noticeable heat over extended use (like over 1hr). But the system never slows down or anything. The only "con" I can think of is the hard drive space. 1 TB sounds like alot but these games are sometimes 100gb+. You can download series x/s enhanced games to a regular external hard drive but to actually play them you have to buy seagate hard drive (which is another $200+) to play the games. Overall happy with the console.the

- Coming from the Xbox One the load times have drastically been cut! It used to take a couple minutes for Forza Horizon 4 or GTA V to fully load. With the Series X it literally is cut down to under 10 seconds! - Graphics are amazing! Especially when paired with a 4K 120mhz refresh rate TV! - Console was smaller than I was expecting. When compared with the PS5 it is a good deal smaller. (Can be laid on side as well for those that don't have room for it to be vertically.) - All past titles purchased or in your library from Xbox One transfer over automatically when you log into your gamertag. This is very nice considering there really weren't too many captivating launch day titles. (like usual when a new console is released)
