Awesome purchase. I upgraded from xbox one and the games play more clearly. I would suggest others buy from bestbuy since they provide customer service for device even with basic warranty. Others sell for third parties and those are a hassle

This system is everything I hoped for and more. All of my old xbox one X games are series X enhanced and YES, there’s a difference. I threw in injustice 2 on the series X and it is beautiful. Looks much better. As well as assassin’s creed Valhalla. The picture is beautiful and fast. I recommend using the series x to calibrate your tv settings for optimal picture and shading. It’s in your xbox settings. It will calibrate your tv. It will tell you what settings in your tv to change. The old xbox does the same. Anyway, definitely worth the buy.

This xbox series x was a great purchase, I am so glad I bought this from best buy. This next gen console really lives up to its name with its amazing performance. Compared to a website online like facebook marketplace or ebay, I knew for a fact that I could trust that best buy wont scam me and will give me everthing in the box new and not broken or missing peices.

I have loved playing games at 60-120 FPS, and having game pass has been a godsend. The first party games that have come out have been great recently (Forza Horizon 5, and Halo 5 multiplayer beta). The games in the pipeline sound like this is gonna be a great 2022 for gaming on Xbox and PC (Avowed, Hellblade 2, Starfeild, with many more coming). If you can find either the Xbox Series X or S you have a great year ahead.

Wasn't planning on getting this system due to xbox one launch edition being underwhelming. But honestly this has been a pretty awesome system: - super quiet (can't emphasize this enough) - 120fps fortnite! - game pass ultimate is actually pretty awesome especially since I had three years of live gold available that you can upgrade to ultimate for $1!!?!?! - the games on ultimate are great. I've been playing the two Ori games, dragon warrior, gears series, etc Only complaint is the whacky twitch interface and streaming issues when compared to ps4/pro. Xbox is much more difficult to get right and I'm never 100% certain if my stream will work properly. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with this next gen console!

Can't believe they actually managed to get me one. This thing is in demand for a good reason. Website had a very reasonable queue to wait in, and the ready/pickup time a week in advance was 90% accurate. A customer service rep informed me that the inventory delivery would not arrive on time, but kept me updated all the way to when it finally arrived at the store only a few hours later that night. Curbside pickup was super quick and convenient, and if you know anything at all about this console, it is WELL worth the pricetag. Blows any gaming device that's not a crazy expensive custom built PC straight out of the water. Nothing but a positive experience with both the xbox and best buy customer service.

Birthday gift for my husband who has been wanting to upgrade his system for a couple of years. His mind is blown at the huge difference with the new device, from the graphics to the audio. Excellent!

Holy cow you can play games and at 4k no doubt what a swell world we live in

After working hard and making decent money i realized that i haven’t treated myself in a long time. I already own a xbox360, Xbox one, ps4 pro, and i went back and forth whether to get the Xbox x-series or the PS5 first. I decided that i enjoyed the Forza series enough to pick up the x-series. The set up was easy of course. Having an Xbox account made the transition seamless and all my games and history transferred over without any effort.

I’ve had it for about a month and it’s good! Game pass is a steal and the backwards compatibility is amazing. It’s overall a good console and I highly recommend getting it for the game pass since it’s even going to have Black Ops 6 in a couple months!

I have enjoyed my purchase for quite sometime and i must say best buy offers the best in gaming and no issue with the game or purchase would recommend best buy to everyone for all your electronics and gaming needs.

Excellent console, the upgrade changed my perspective. The improvments on performance, visuals and overall experience made my realize upgrading was the right choice. I also purchased the warranty along side it and have never felt more confident in a purchase knowing that I really dont have to worry. If I could give 5 million stars rather than 5 I would.

We are a gaming family and purchasing from BestBuy is the best decision I made in awhile. It took me quite awhile but was finally able to purchase these great gaming devices for my grandchildren. I tried buying direct from Microsoft but that never seamed you work and finally going to my BestBuy account and saving the XBox to my favorites list and going back and checking it’s availability it took only a few weeks for me to obtain mine. I have been able to purchase several other item that are hard to purchase during these times of supply chain issues also. Thank you BestBuy, I’ll be back because Christmas is coming soon! Have not had any issues so far. Worked great straight out of the package. With the size of games now a days I somewhat worry about storage space but always have the option to purchase and external storage. The controller was obviously the basic one and would recommend upgrading to something like the Elite II if you are gaming often or want the best performance.

Good quality and speed. Could use more storage space.

Love it, always have been a PS guy, but now switched to the dark side!!

The graphics are fantastic. The quick loading of the games is faster than I though it would be. All in all, it is worth the price. I did have to buy additional memory when I transferred the games over from the Xbox One.
