Luckily I purchased b4 tariffs took effect backwards compatibility saves money on titles

Playstation fan boy over here. I haven't had an Xbox since Xbox 360. I was looking forward to getting the PS5 since I have over 100 PS4 games but it remained sold out. I lucked out on Best Buy and found a Xbox Series X available and purchased immediately. The best decision I've made if you get gamepass with it. The console loads games quickly and I cannot go on life without quick resume anymore. I haven't turned on my PS4 Pro in a long time because the Xbox is just that good with games like Gears 5, Ori, Nier Automata on gamepass. Get it. Also, Xbox is losing money on these consoles. You can make a PC with the Xbox's specs and you'd have to spend around $1500. At $500, it's a steal.

This is a great and powerful console. I dont hear any noise for the disk when i put them in. The game can still play all my old games and there is no load times and the games in 4K are beautiful.

Pretty awesome, haven’t had an xbox in over 6 years due to financial issues but absolutely enjoying this. Fast, durable, and fun for the entire family. my wife is NOT a gamer by no means but likes playing on here and loves watching me play.

Its the newest and cheapest gaming consoles of this generation. Although there's not a lot of game exclusives on this console, there are a lot of game options on Xbox Game Pass (an optional subscription service) that cost $16 per month for more than 100 games. It's a perfect gaming holiday gift and I strongly recommend it if you don't care about game exclusives.

I’ve played my series X more than any previous XBox I’ve owned by a long shot. I really love the quick resume feature that most games have that lets you quickly switch between games or get right into playing when you power in the console. The console is also very quiet and I like that it blends in better and is less, “look at me” than my PS5. The only downside is that there isn’t much in the way of new games or exclusives like you’d find on PlayStation. But those will come And if you have a back catalog of XBox through XBox one games, most of them are backwards compatible. I also recommend getting GamePass as a way to try lots of games.

I pre-ordered the Series X with Mighty Ape the very moment it went live. My console arrived at 10am on launch day (Christchurch). Although the Series X enhanced games are pretty thin on the ground this early, I can tell you guys that it's a pretty freakn awesome, and solid console. Step one was downloading the xbox app on my phone so I could set it up remotely (which was something new). 10 to 15 minutes later I was all set up and updated and the console just ran without an issue. All settings from my xbox one just crossed over and I was even able to plug my existing USB external hard drive I used with my xbox one and play all games instantly with no extra download or setup.

A monster of a system! Everything loads as smooth as butter, games download with speed, and everything looks crisp. The controller feels better than ever-- maybe the best controller I've ever used, and I've used them all. I hate to admit that Microsoft of all companies did a good thing, but they hit it out of the park. Game Pass Ultimate is also the best deal in video games-- believe it. The only gripe I have come across is that when I've had two games in suspended play, then returned to them, only one saved the spot. I am used to only having one suspended game anyway, but if you're playing something that is light on save locations, it might be risky. Beyond that, I have run into zero issues.

Good console would recommend buy it for your teenager or kid

I bought it open box and it was definitely worth the price...the graphics are great...I rather Xbox systems than Playstation because there's way too much time spent on downloading/ upgrades on Playstation... even if you have the disc you have to download...Xbox is simple...put the disc in and play...even if there's a need to download or upgrade it's done quickly.

Definitely a product of the future. I'm more of a PC gamer, but I've always kept up with Xbox. I love the cross platform cloud system and game library. Also, very easy to just turn on for a quick round of COD or Madden. That being said, I've owned the original Xbox One, the One Elite (if yawl remember that), the One S and the One X. Every time I use this console, the load times surprise me. It never gets old. The graphics are top notch. Very impressive system for $500. The expandable storage card was a must for me.

Absolutely the best console I have had the chance to play, watch people play, and play with the family. This console is so fast you barely have enough time to take a sip of a drink. It has twelve teraflops of processing power. The ps5 pro, (which is not even out yet), will only have about 10-11 teraflops. All my friends have a ps5, and I’m always waiting for there console to finish loading so we can begin playing.

Son loves his new Xbox, it was a wonderful upgrade from his Xbox s and worth the price

It plays games better than our Xbox One and has more storage space for all the games. I haven't seen any gameplay issues yet. However, one issue was the setup. When it was first turned on, it said to connect to the app, so I downloaded it to my phone. Then when I tried to connect the Xbox to the app, it kept failing, over and over. I couldn't figure out the issue at first. My recollection after finally getting it all set up is that it wanted me to connect to the app BEFORE it had me connect to the Wi-fi network, something like that. Not sure why it immediately told me to download the app and connect the Xbox to it. Whatever happened, this might be a good place for MS to clean up - have the network setup complete before suggesting connecting to the app.

Haven’t had a console in a few years but had to get one for college football. I’ve actually enjoyed this system and don’t feel that I am losing a lot not playing games on pc. Plus this is easier to travel with than my current pc so that’s a plus.

So impressed with the Series X. Finally jumped back on the XBox wagon since the very first console and I’m so glad I did. There are enough exclusives to warrant this purchase. Sea of Thieves, Flight Simulator, Gears of War just to mention a few. With Microsoft’s recent studio acquisitions there will be more exclusives to come. I highly recommend this product to hardcore and casual gamers alike. Make sure you all them about the 24.99 game pass and system bundle deal. That’s my only regret with this purchase and I really wish someone at Best Buy would have told me.
