Best Buy comes through for me again. Not just once but three times. From sales personnel to customer service I’ve been treated with respect and kindness. So many times I have no knowledge of my purchase especially when I’m fulfilling a gift request I am no looked down on but given information and guidance in making my purchase decisions.

Everything so far with the console is working as advertised. I didn't think that quick resume would be as big of deal as it is, but it makes a drastic difference. It's insane how fast games load from a cold start or start from quick resume. I have an elite 2 controller so I don't use the controller that came with the console that much. It is also insanely quiet and I completely forget it's in a room sometimes when it's on. It does get hot sometimes but it has been very random with what games make it hot. The only game that has made it noticeably hotter was Fortnite (please don't flame me it was the only game I had installed at the time lol) and that seems to be it.

Bought this for my daughter she is absolutely in love with this X-box. She prefers Xbox while my son prefers PlayStation. There arguments over which is better are funny but over all amazing console. This is our first Xbox and I must say I am impressed with speed, graphics and over all ease of use. Definitely would recommend this console!

I preordered my Xbox around 2 pm the day pre orders released and Best Buy’s servers were shored up. Picked it up the day Xbox released at 6am and didn’t even have to swipe my card. I’m not going to debate Xbox/PlayStation/PC. This is a solid video game counsel. Fast load time, beautiful dashboard, TV monitor is the only thing holding back graphic performance unless you have a 4K/8k 120hz... Xbox lacks first party exclusives but makes up for it with game pass’s ever expanding library of new and nostalgic games. The system itself looks like it fits in just about anywhere. I would compare its looks to a PC tower or large sound bar. Can’t wait for Halo Infinite!

I purchased the Xbox Series X specifically to play Starfield and I was not disappointed! I am admittedly a PC gamer and have historically been an Xbox gamer if I choose to spend time on a console. I just hadn’t jumped to the new generation until now. I’m really happy with it! It’s been a very smooth gaming experience and with GamePass I would have a hard time going anywhere else.

This is the second xbox x I've gotten for my grandkids. I ended up buying the second one for my grandson to take to college. They said graphics are better and it has better features. So based on their opinions I'd say it's worth buying.

I have been a PS girl pretty much all of my life. I was finally talked into getting the XBOX and boy it didn't disappoint!!! The graphics are 1,000x better than the PS (yes, I said it). I mean OMG...not only are the graphics AMAZING, and the load time is also a heck of a lot faster.

I finally caught up to the latest console and it feels amazing. The controller has a great feel to it, and the console itself runs and downloads really fast. The storage is bigger than my last one but if you buy a 2 terabyte storage with it you will have enough room for whatever games you enjoy the most! This purchase was definitely worth it!

Love this system for our family of 6. We currently have 3 of this model that we all use daily. This was an upgrade from our ancient Xbox One S that served us well, but could not handle running games like Diablo 4 or Baldur’s Gate 3. Switching to this system was like night and day.

I wouldn’t have purchased it if it was not on sale. Purchased this unit when it went on sale for $349.99. For the price it was bought at the time, I think it was well worth it. I even returned my Nintendo Switch I recently purchased. The online experience is great. Including gaming, I use this over my smart tv’s entertainment applications.

Best XBox ever! Love this thing. Console is small enough, I can take it everywhere I go. Works well. Never had a problem with it. Pretty seamless. Love the big storage capacity.

Love it. I waited three years to purchase until Xbox released some games that made it worthwhile (for me that’s Starfield) and I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve played through a few games in my library ranging from XS to original Xbox and everything runs smoothly. I’ve even dabbled in online gaming (not usually my thing) with Remnant II and it’s been fun. I’m glad I opted for the X and not the S.

Excellent upgrade from the original Xbox one. Superfast load times. Beautiful graphics. Definitely an upgrade in all areas compared to previous Xbox is. It will make a great space heater in the winter. Has this thing gets super hot. Definitely have to put it in a place that’s not in closed. My only complaint is the hard drive space. Ridiculous and utterly selfish of Microsoft and PlayStation for that matter to put such small hard drives and systems nowadays when every game out there they’re pushing as digital.

Amazing console and awesome customer experience from Best Buy. Only site I was able to legitimately get through and purchase console without being overwhelmed by bots. The console itself is a great quality of life upgrade from the previous generation. Not so much of a revolution as perfecting many of the details from the last gen. Nice design, quick resume of games, fast loading, cool controller, game pass, a lot of attention to detail. Completely silent when running games. Compared to my PS4, which was as loud as a vacuum cleaner running down later titles, this is a big deal to me. Highly recommended, and I appreciate the customer experience from Best Buy.

From the buying experience on bestbuy.com and picking it up at their lockers, to unboxing the xbox and setting it up, it was all a great experience. I have a PS5 also, but I wish the xbox got more love. Its high quality, great presentation, and best buy had it on sale plus I used gift certificates. Gotta love best buy!

The xbox series x is great. Runs smooth, plays the games i want to play. Very happy with it.
