Been waiting to get this console. It has lived up to its potential so far. No issues. No lag. Having a disc drive for movies that I own is a benefit as well. The 1tb hard drive allows me to have the games I want to play ready at my fingertips. I highly recommend spending the money on this beast of a console.

This product is very good with its proccesing speed ot its abity to project at high graphics 4k at 120hz but many of the main issues are it can always work properly, for instance your paying $600 for a piece of plastic coverd by mechanical structure inside just for your games to sometimes not load or crash unexpectedly. I have seen and found a repetition in problems usally around the time 1:00AM PST; your console decides to complety bug out and you get booted from games and lag out of party chats your in and it sometimes just complety shuts off, and your console remains as cold as if you just turned it on. Also the base 1tb storage coming with it is just not going to compete with the high end games that are around today such as call of duty MW3 which is about to get a MASSIVE update for blackops 6 putting at a whopping 300GB thats 3/10 of storage areadly tooken up, and not everyones got $350 lying around to spend on a measly 2TB upgrade or a $250 for 1TB. SO OVERALL DO NOT BUY THIS CONSOLE OR ANY OF THE OTHER ONES instead try saving up for a pc you can at least upgrade as you go and with a budget, its just like legos, and people have done it before so you also get the benefit of looking at video on how to put it together. This is a great console. Very fast and plays games at good frame rates. The fps boost feature gives new life to the older games. I have been using this feature (though not supported for all games at the moment) and am enjoying it a lot. The new games for the system will start coming in some time and this will be great for Xbox. The Game Pass is a great service too and gives you the option to play many games immediately. The controller that comes along looks very similar to the Xbox One controller but I would say it is better in quality. Overall very happy with this console. Highly recommended.

I upgraded from an XBox One to the XBox Series X primarily so I can play EA Sports College Football 25. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this console is almost completely compatibile with my XBox One and XBox 360 games!

I’m enjoying my XBSX a lot right now, mostly for previous gen gameplay with the xbox game pass trial (which i will continue my membership with) but the 4K HDR 60FPS gaming on games like ‘Forza Horizon 5’ and ‘HALO INFINITE’ are beautiful and look gorgeous! The controller’s “haptic feedback” is just a basic vibration function; nothing like the PS5’s ACTUAL HAPTIC FEEDBACK, which i love, but the XB is a fantastic system and for high quality. Also, the box when you open it up is really cool. 10/10 purchase and highly recommend.

Wow! What else can be said. Microsoft delivered this highest quality console to date. It is easily the most powerful console on the market. It is extremely FAST! +Super quiet! +Quick Resume is a thing of beauty if you play a lot of offline, single player type games, as the game loads INSTANTLY. +Fast Loading, the console is on and on the home screen before my TV is on. In game loading screens are often so fast, I dont have time to read the tips a game provides. It. Is. Fast. +Size is not nearly as big as pictures display. Bigger than the Series S obviously but much better footprint than the original Xbox One, 360 and OG Xbox.

My 15 yr old loves his new xbox, came with a controller but we also got a galaxy themed one so we could have multiple players. It does require a subscription to play online, but we got a bunch of free games with that subscription so ended up being worth it. Easy setup and came with the HDMI cable to connect to the tv

Its not truly fair to review this as is with no 1st party console exclusives at launch to really show off what it can do- it. Currently 3rd party games like Valhalla, COD and even that mess of a game cyberpunk2077 are performing better on my PS5. Here's where it gets crazy though. Devs didnt have kits for series X nearly as long as they had kits for PS5- so that's expected for the 1st year or so maybe. With the new rdna2 components, and the extra bit of "power" I expect this console to get better with time (and quickly). Gamepass is unbeatable and a fantastic feature if you own and XB but dont subscribe to gamepass idk what's wrong with you. My only real gripe is that It turns itself off from time to time. Valhalla and CoD seem to be the main causes of this. MS has explained this to be a software not a hardware issue. Quick resume is as amazing as it sounds and works just exactly as advertised. the new controllers may look nearly identical to the prior model but they feel different and new in hand. All the small tweaks are welcomed. Series X has by far and away my fave and simplest launch setup process of any console ever. Enough cant be said about the console design. I LOVE the low key look, and no- It isnt a large as it looks In pictures, but it is significantly weightier. I still havent gotten use to the space age alienware PS5 design but the simple XB design looks natural in my living room and doesn't draw the awkward attention the PS5 does. Absolutely great. Fantastic secondary console.

Great, would recommend. Nice graphics. Really the only complaint is the heat when keeping it stored in a cabinet, no way should you run it with the cabinet closed so I had to turn the console somewhat awkwardly to allow the fan to blow heat out unobstructed, then turn it back before I store it again.

This xbox is works really well. There are many things that are good with this console. The graphics and quality are overall exceptional and gets good output

It has amazing graphics, frame rate, really short loading time, and enjoyable performance. Out of all the consoles I've experienced in my life the Series X is sitting on top.

Great upgrade from my old xbox 1. I am now able to play and have more space for games

It’s not my favorite console; however, what it does, it does well! Xbox still has some good games, and this console has some good features. Quick resume definitely being the top of the list. I’ve really enjoyed my time playing the console. The 4 stars is simply because I personally enjoy some of the features on other consoles that I wish this one had.

Quality of graphics are unbelievable, very fast loading, huge library using the game pass , what else can I say, I confirm it’s the best video game console in the market !

What can I say that hasn't already been said. First, the Series X remains very difficult to purchase. I consider myself very lucky to have landed on at Best Buy. I just happened to be on the .com site when they became available for 10 minutes or so. Having said that, if you're on the fence, don't hesitate. I own an original Xbox One and Xbox One X. The Series X blows them both away in terms of graphics and loading times. Xbox One X is good too but the spinner drive really held it back. The Series X has it all. Good luck getting your hands on one.

I got my Series X about a year ago on a Christmas sale for about $350. It's a great console that has it's merits over other consoles but it's way to expensive nowadays. I'd definitely recommend a PS5/Pro at this price point or a more affordable Switch 2 at this point.
