Bought for my son as an Xmas gift and no issues with the console. Easily transfered games via external HD (have no issues playing with games from it either). Do have an issue with the controllers aux port malfunctioning. According to my son, he can't always get a reliable mic connection with his HyperX headset. Luckily, I had just gotten him a new controller in Nov 2020 so he was able to use that instead (therefore most likely being a aux port issue & not a headset problem). Gotta find out if Microsoft will cover the controller with manufacturers warranty. Other than that, my son is enjoying his gaming experience.

The Xbox Series X is a major improvement for anyone into serious gaming. If you are upgrading from the original Xbox One, you will notice some serious differences. However, if you are upgrading from the Xbox One X and are only a casual gamer (someone who only plays every now and then) you probably won't notice anything huge. Still does 4k movies and games, but now it is much smoother and faster.

So glad to have purchased this. I missed out on the last Xbox but was a big player on the original and the 360. The Series X picks up right where MSFT left off with 60 FPS (on my TV) and 4K gaming. The 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate that you can sign up for lets you jump right in without buying any new games. All of the old games get an upgrade on graphics and quality. Even as MSFT takes its time getting new games out... you'll be playing 4K quality Xbox One games, which makes it worth it. MSFT is also very reliable for helping out with the small hiccups that always come along with new products in these early months.

Primarily a PC gamer but have always had an Xbox for game pass/game sharing with my brother, so when I got lucky and had the opportunity to buy one I had some second thoughts on my way out of the store. Those thoughts are completely gone. Even without many new titles, this Xbox is a HUGE upgrade from the One generation, and the game streaming is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better across all devices. Now I can play games that play better on the controller from anywhere. Now I am playing Assassins Creed on the couch, at my computer, on my phone, and even on my Nivida Shield at the TV's not in the living room.

Perfection. New design, ultra fast UI! I'm mad I never considered an SSD for my Xbox one x. But yeah I own Ps5 and this and hands down, in a side by side comparison on a 65" True 4k 120hz tv, Shadows are perfectly detailed, but only slightly less on Ps5.. Audio processor is similar... Load times are slightly faster on Ps5, and truthfully the Ps5 control is more comfortable. But for performance. One example. Cyberpunk 2077 .. crashed 8 times in one hour on Ps5, didn't crash once on Xbox. Also no frames lost on Xbox. Before you judge the xbox PUT IT ON HARDWARE IT WAS BUILT FOR. 4K 120, with N 8k HDMI w/Ethernet!

Great product excellent graphics and color compact

Was fortunate to get through & preorder an XSX in Sept My unit shipped 2 days after launch, had to call CS to find out what was going on. Received it on Fri of launch week. Surprised how small the unit actually is, compared to the pics & videos, thought it would be bigger due to its design & mass. Very quiet unit, the software is improved with the latest update to UI. Boots up in less than 10 seconds which is awesome. Been playing Metro Exodus, PUBG & Control loving my experience. Next-Gen game shaven't released yet to take advantage of this hardware but they are coming. Happy overall. Great job MS! Definitely recommend it.

It's an XBox. Does exactly what you need it to do. Upgraded to Series X due to failed One X. In store staff was wonderful. Item went on sale 2 days after I bought it, and BB refunded the difference, no questions asked.

Kid likes it, be prepared to buy another 4k tv for the gameroom or you'll be watching Grounded, minecraft and all the other games they play. Games look good. Next Gen games can't be played from external HD, but older can. You can upload from external HD which is faster than our current internet.

I love it, there are some problems here and there (currently a month after launch) like quick resume not working in all places but im sure it'll be fixed. Loading times are extremely fast, boot times are as fast as consoles in the old days, quick resume works even with the console unplugged and some of the optimized games look incredible vs previous gen versions. It definitely has less bugs in newer games vs older consoles. For example I've experienced no issues in cyberpunk as of its release 2 days ago. No frame rate troubles and the graphics crisp, only problems were the usual weird npc physics anomalies of open world games.

I waited a few years before buying this xbox and upgrading from the Xbox One S, but I have no regrets about finally making the purchase. The graphics quality is incredible, and it’s incredibly fast. This xbox is an investment in my gaming future; I have no doubt that I’ll be gaming on this console for years to come.

Fantastic system! Been wanting one for 3 years and finally got the money to get one and i love it. Only thing is im not happy that series x/s games have to be on the system to play and you only have 1tb of hard drive space in the system. And the internal memory expansion is way to expensive. Other then that i love it.

Love our XBox! Plays great and we haven’t had any issues with it.

The most powerful games console on the market offering 4K gaming, amazing graphics, faster load times and easy setup using the mobile app. This next gen Xbox offers so many features like, Smart delivery, Quick resume, Dynamic latency input and the ability to download games before you purchase them . . just to name a few. Factor in the Gamepass gaming subscription (the best deal in gaming), backwards compatibility all the way back to the original Xbox games and a total of 24 first party game studios (most in the gaming industry) and this generation of consoles is shaping up to be the Xbox generation.

Overall easy to install and the app set up (XBOX APP). Graphics are great and the stick controller fits great in hand. Overall satisfied for the purchase

Im not sure if many of you know, that microsoft has a developer account upgrade that cost 19$. This allows you to put your xbox into dev mode and install emulators such as ps2,psp, xbox 360, wii, etc. This is a big deal if your interested in having the ability to switch from playing the lastest triple AAA titles to an old classic.
