It’s the top of the line next-gen console from Microsoft and it delivers. Unlike the previous generation, the XBox One was behind as far as specs. This time Microsoft rose to the occasion and gave a great start to its console. With so many great options in Gamepass and the bright future of more acquisitions to have games churning out like butter, can’t really go wrong with the XSX. I love mine so far. Next I need to grab a revised slimmer version of the PS5 whenever that comes out.

Works great. I enjoyed my Xbox one and was hesitant on upgrading due to not thinking it could be that much better and the expense as well. Well I’m impressed, graphics are amazing (also depends on the TV) and the new Hogwarts game is a lot of fun (one of the reasons to finally upgrade). Definitely think the faster boot up and loading times are reasons alone to get but the picture is an added bonus

System was in good shape. Only had one minor issue at first where the disc tray wouldn’t open. I contacted your warranty department but at the time there wasn’t a replacement system available. They offered for me to send it in for repair but I had a real hankering to play some mech assault so I made the repair myself and all works great now. Thank you for your speedy responses and offers of help. Great system and great company and will definitely have my business moving forward!

Waited a long time to finally pick up the new Xbox console because it was hard to find. Haven't had it very long but I am impressed. Looking forward to playing Starfield in September. Ive heard Game Pass is a great deal. When I have time I will subscribe. This is definitely a huge upgrade from the Xbox 360. If you like playing older titles from past Xbox consoles this is the console to buy!

The framwrates, native 4k, and incredibly fast load times/quick resume are all amazing. Definitely worth the upgrade cost. I just started elden ring last night and i cant begin to describe how much more enjoyable it is to play big, beautiful, demanding games. The biggest con is being mindful of the crappy ssd size. Realistically, you will probably want to invest another 150 to 250 dollars to upgrade the ssd. But even at 750- the series x is a powerhouse as good as many mid to upper end pcs.

I got my hands on this at Best buy. Purchased it online. And was so easy to go and pick up. In and out. When I brought it over to my brother's place to give to his 2 sons it was a crazy amount of energy going on once they seen what they got!!! Never felt better in my life to see their reactions!!!!

Truly an impressive piece of hardware. The controller is awesome, especially the D-Pad with its nice circular corners for fighting games and the way it curves in. I was instantly impressed that it could run GTA 4 in a locked 60 FPS! Not to mention how quick and snappy the loading times are for games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 or GTA V. The setup is also painless and quick for the console! The design is nice, and the startup music is a eargasm. It’s a nice upgrade from the One X, but I only wish Halo could’ve launched with it. Anyways, it’s a great console.

I am an older man. I knew the learning curve would be hard for me. My son always played playstation. The performance and games I play are beautiful. Thanks to Best Buy employees I had all my first questions answered. Between them and my son; I am progressing slowly but steady. Highly recommend this unit and the xbox games.

Cool powerful console with some great exclusive titles. Never gave me any problems. Great price to performance ratio when comparing it to gaming PCs.

I have every new gen console, and I can 100% say that this Xbox is the best. Not only does it run every game extremely well. It also has Xbox game pass, which is the best gaming service there is. It also works with Google home and has a better 3rd party ecosystem than any of the other consoles.

I’ve had the Series X for over a year now, and it’s met my expectations and then some. Super fast loading times, look great on my new Dell Gaming Monitor I just got. It would periodically randomly shut off, but I think Microsoft has since fixed the issue. Above all else what makes it worth the buy is Game Pass, I’m always having something to play. My only thing is to you’ll definitely need expanded storage and it’s costly to get (the only) one compatible with Series X|S games.

Exactly what I ordered. This console is a leap forward in what I had before, and is excellent. Ordering was easy and quick.

Took months to finally snag one of these guys up. I was upgrading from the Xbox one X. Totally worth it for the decrease in load times alone. Borderlands 3 works great most of the time, but some times there is a moment of freeze frame, (need to do some research into that). It could be my imagination, but I feel like the new controllers eat up batteries quicker. Or maybe I’m just loosing track of time playing so much lol.

In stock, fast and rwady to go. Ordered online, and was ready for me at the counter. In and out very friendly staff, good experence and service. Ok so let’s start with the two issues this system has. STORAGE. You get 802GB to use. In these times it should be more than that considering the size of these games are huge. Secondly this thing is bulky and heavy. Beautiful design though. To truly enjoy this system you’ll need a tv that supports HDMI 2.1 and also 4k resolution at 120HZ. 4k at 60HZ is nice but trust me when I say you want the FULL experience of this system. (Recommend TV is the TCL R646)

What can I say.. In the midst of a pandemic, this was the best purchase of the year! And, this generation the Xbox console is absolutely Excellent!! There are no complaints here. And, Microsoft along with its retail partners (i.e. Best Buy..) have done a wonderful job combating scalpers using bots from continuing to take all the stock. I have replaced both of our Xbox's with Best Buy already. If you are still looking to find stock replenishments, I encourage you to check a few times a week because more stock drops. You'll be happy you did just like me.

I didn’t really have a reason to upgrade from my original XBOX One, it still works and the games are great BUT the Series X made me realize what I was missing out on. Games load 100x faster, storage capacity is insane (I have 10+ games installed on the Series X and still have over half available), and even the graphics on older games look better. Setup was a breeze and essentially cloned my XBOX One in about 20 minutes total. If you have reservations, set them aside and pull the trigger. It’s worth the upgrade. Game pass makes it even better. One happy customer here.
