The only issue I have had/ am having is that some games won’t load even though they don’t run as hard as some other games. I am hoping that this is just software related, but we will see.

A 3080 alone costs $700. It may not be 4K Ultra, but it's still 4K and looks beautiful on my TV. If you own a PC, absolutely skip this since you can just get game pass. I also own a PS5 and I will say this.....the PS5 has amazing exclusives. Do yourself a favor and do what you can for THAT console. If you can afford both, absolutely do so!
