Power, speed, and an impressive gaming experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Series X is a true performance beast. Load times are virtually nonexistent, and games look spectacular in 4K, with a smoothness that makes all the difference. The design is sleek and quiet, and the system runs smoothly and quickly. Quick Resume is fantastic—being able to switch between multiple games without losing progress is something you won't want to give up once you try it. Plus, with Game Pass, the experience gets even better: hundreds of games available instantly. Definitely a next-generation console in every sense of the word. It's worth every penny!

great console
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont have much to say but I will say that this is a great console. Being able to play at 120 frames is great(this depends on the monitor you have). Another that's cool about this console is that it has quick resume which great if you were on lets say YouTube for example. If you go back to the game you were playing before, you'll see on the top right it says quick resume and the game will be at where you last had it as long as you dont close the game.

Great for gaming
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switched from my $1200 gaming laptop due to lack of use in other departments (really just games) ran games like rocket league, borderlands, COD, etc with inconsistent frame rates at times with online gaming, switched over and battlefield 6 runs infinitely better, buddies have $2000 spec’d out rigs and complain about graphics and frames, haven’t had an issue yet, wish I coulda gone more storage but I can expand when the need presents itself

Price rather high, worth the wait
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, i dislike how the prices have increased throughout the year. Especially since after I bought it, the sales finally hit. However, the product was worth the wait (waiting for 5 years). From switching over from old gen (xbox one s), it is a level up. The load times decreased, smoother gameplay, and the ability to play new gen rated games.

Xbox Series X is insanely good!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the Xbox series X for Christmas this year. I previously had the Xbox series s and was happy with it however, I wanted more power, more storage, and a console that could take disc. I could not have been more happy with the Xbox series X. It is crazy fast (about the same as the series s but faster). The games on it are good and game pass is insane. And the storage is enough for you to have fun for a while. This is the best console I have experienced (had a Wii, Nintendo switch, ps4, ps5, and Xbox series s. If you guys are looking to maximize your performance and have a wonderful time I would 100% recommend this!

More Than a Console – A Bond Between Father and So
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I bought the Xbox Series X, I thought I was just getting the latest and greatest gaming console. What I didn’t expect was how it would bring me and my son closer than ever. My son and I have always had a good relationship, but between work, school, and life in general, we were starting to drift into our separate routines. I wanted something we could share—something that wasn’t forced or scheduled, just a way to enjoy each other’s company again. That’s when the Xbox Series X came into our lives. From the moment we unboxed it together, it became more than just a gaming system. We stayed up late setting it up, exploring Game Pass, and picking out our first games. The joy on his face when we played Forza Horizon, the teamwork in Halo Infinite, the laughter during Minecraft—those are moments I’ll never forget. It’s become our evening ritual—an hour or two of gaming side by side, talking, strategizing, and simply enjoying being together. I’ve learned more about what’s on his mind during these sessions than in a dozen car rides or dinner table talks. The Xbox Series X gave us the gift of time together, and in today’s world, that’s priceless. It’s not just a powerful machine—it’s a bridge between generations, a source of connection, and something I’ll always be grateful for. If you're a parent considering this console, don’t just think of the specs or the games—think of the memories you’ll create. Because that’s the real win.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought an Xbox One from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The console works perfectly, setup was simple, and the performance has been smooth and reliable. Best Buy’s staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me compare options and find the best deal. The checkout process was fast, and the packaging was secure. If you’re thinking about picking up an Xbox One, I highly recommend getting it from Best Buy!

Powerhouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Series X is Microsoft’s flagship console, and it’s built to impress gamers of all types. From jaw-dropping visuals to ultra-fast load times, this console delivers a premium gaming experience. But is it worth the investment? Let’s dive in. First Impressions: Sleek and Simple The Xbox Series X sports a clean, tower-like design that fits easily into most entertainment setups. It’s not flashy, but it’s practical and well-built. The matte black finish resists fingerprints, and the vented top ensures it stays cool even during marathon gaming sessions. Performance You Can Feel If you’re tired of slow load times or choppy gameplay, the Series X is here to change that. With its powerful AMD processor and graphics card, this console runs games in stunning 4K resolution, often at 60 or even 120 frames per second. You’ll notice the difference immediately, especially if you’re upgrading from an older system. The Quick Resume feature is a standout—you can switch between multiple games in seconds without losing progress. For busy gamers, this is a game-changer. Games That Wow (But There’s a Catch) The Series X makes old games feel new again, thanks to enhanced backward compatibility. You can play classics from Xbox One, Xbox 360, and even the original Xbox with improved graphics and smoother performance. However, the library of true next-gen exclusives is still growing. While hits like Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 show off the console’s power, there aren’t as many must-have exclusives compared to competitors—yet. Storage: Room to Grow The built-in 1TB SSD is lightning-fast, but you only get about 800GB of usable space, which can fill up quickly with modern games. Microsoft offers an official expansion card to add more storage, but it’s on the pricey side. For now, managing your game library will be a bit of a juggling act. Game Pass: The Best Deal in Gaming One of the biggest reasons to choose the Xbox Series X is Game Pass. This subscription service gives you access to hundreds of games, including new releases, for a monthly fee. Whether you’re into indie gems or AAA blockbusters, Game Pass offers something for everyone, making the Series X an even better value. Who Should Buy the Xbox Series X? Hardcore Gamers who want cutting-edge performance and 4K visuals. Casual Gamers looking for an affordable way to access a massive game library through Game Pass. Families who appreciate backward compatibility, allowing older games to shine on the new hardware. Final Thoughts The Xbox Series X isn’t just a console—it’s an investment in your gaming future. It’s powerful, versatile, and built to last. While it still needs more exclusive titles to fully dominate, the combination of hardware performance and Game Pass makes it a smart buy for gamers at any level. Rating: 9/10 If you’re ready to upgrade your gaming setup and want a console that delivers on all fronts, the Xbox Series X is a no-brainer.

Better design than the PS5 and just as powerful
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've officially crossed enemy lines. I, a lifelong PlayStation loyalist, have succumbed to the siren song of the Xbox Series X. And honestly? I'm... impressed. (Don't tell my PS5.) Let's get the obvious out of the way: this thing is a beast. Visually, it's a sleek, minimalist monolith. It's like a tiny, powerful fridge for your gaming needs. My PS5, bless its curvy, futuristic heart, looks like a Wi-Fi router designed by a space alien. The Series X? It's all business. Performance-wise, it's a knockout. Games load lightning-fast, the graphics are crisp, and the frame rates are smoother than a jazz saxophonist on a Sunday morning. The quick resume feature? Game changer. Jumping between titles without waiting for loading screens is pure, unadulterated bliss. It's like having a gaming teleporter. Now, let's talk about Game Pass. This is where the Xbox really shines. It's like Netflix for games, but without the awkward password sharing with your cousin. The sheer volume of titles available is staggering. I've rediscovered old favorites, stumbled upon hidden gems, and even dabbled in genres I wouldn't normally touch. It's like a gaming buffet, and I'm going back for seconds... and thirds. The controller? It's... comfortable. It's not as flashy as the DualSense, but it's ergonomic and responsive. The asymmetrical stick placement? It took some getting used to, but now I'm wondering why every controller isn't designed this way. It's like discovering a new, more comfortable way to hold a spoon. Of course, no console is perfect. The UI can be a bit clunky at times, and I do miss the haptic feedback of the DualSense. And let's be honest, the lack of certain PlayStation exclusives stings a little. But overall, the Xbox Series X is a formidable machine. As a PlayStation convert, I can confidently say that the Xbox Series X is a worthy contender. It's powerful, it's versatile, and Game Pass is a game-changer. If you're looking for a next-gen console that delivers on its promises, the Xbox Series X is a solid choice. Just don't tell my PS5 I said that. It's already feeling a little neglected.

XBox X
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace our very old XBox 360. It's a great system and our grandkids are enjoying it so much more than our older model. The one thing that surprised me is that even though it has a disk drive, the games still have to be downloaded before you can play them and the disk has to be in the drive as it serves as the license to play. It seems like an extra step that really isn't necessary. I chose the system to try to keep my young grandkids off an online platform and this still allows me to do that, so it's okay - just an extra step in getting it all set up. Overall, we've been very happy with the purchase.

Best bang for your buck console
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Series X for a while now and honestly, it’s been awesome. Super fast, super quiet, and it just works. What really makes it worth it for me is Game Pass — having access to a huge library without having to buy each game separately is a game-changer. I’ve tried way more stuff than I normally would, and it’s all smooth and snappy. Setup was easy, the design is clean, and it fits right into my setup. If you’re into gaming and want something powerful that doesn’t make a fuss, this is it. Want me to tweak it even more to match your tone or mention your modular setup? I can make it feel even more like your voice.

Had a good run and was worth the purchase.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit lasted for 3 years and 9 months and it has died. Gave me the best experiences and family moments, but also let me spend at least 250+ hours playing Skyrim. HDMI port failed recently and a new one has been ordered as fixing it costs just slightly less than a new unit.

Xbox Series X Review: Powerhouse Performance Redef
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Introduction: The gaming world has been abuzz with excitement ever since Microsoft unveiled its next-gen console, the Xbox Series X. With promises of unparalleled power, speed, and gaming experiences, the Series X aims to redefine what gamers can expect from a console. After spending some quality time with this beast, here's my comprehensive review of the Xbox Series X. Design: Let's start with the aesthetics. The Xbox Series X sports a sleek and minimalist design that screams sophistication. Its monolithic tower-like structure exudes a sense of power, making it a statement piece in any gaming setup. The matte black finish adds a touch of elegance, while the green accents pay homage to Xbox's iconic branding. Despite its robust build, the console manages to remain surprisingly compact, fitting seamlessly into various entertainment centers. Performance: Under the hood, the Xbox Series X is an absolute powerhouse. Equipped with a custom AMD Zen 2 processor and RDNA 2 graphics architecture, along with a blazing-fast SSD, this console delivers unparalleled performance. Games load in a blink of an eye, thanks to the Quick Resume feature, which allows you to seamlessly switch between multiple titles without any lag or load times. Whether you're exploring vast open worlds or engaging in intense multiplayer battles, the Series X ensures buttery-smooth gameplay with stunning visuals and impeccable frame rates. With support for up to 8K resolution and 120 frames per second, it's truly a feast for the eyes. Controller: Accompanying the Xbox Series X is the new and improved Xbox Wireless Controller. While it retains the familiar layout and ergonomic design of its predecessor, it comes with a few notable enhancements. The textured grips offer better comfort and control during extended gaming sessions, while the redesigned D-pad provides more precise inputs. Additionally, the inclusion of a dedicated Share button makes capturing and sharing epic gaming moments a breeze. Overall, the Xbox Wireless Controller is a perfect companion to the Series X, delivering an immersive gaming experience with its responsive controls and low-latency connectivity. Backward Compatibility: One of the most impressive aspects of the Xbox Series X is its backward compatibility. Not only does it support thousands of Xbox One, Xbox 360, and original Xbox games, but it also enhances them with improved performance and visuals. With features like Auto HDR and FPS Boost, older titles look and play better than ever before, breathing new life into classic favorites. Whether you're revisiting nostalgic classics or discovering hidden gems from the past, the Series X ensures a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience across generations. Conclusion: In conclusion, the Xbox Series X is a true marvel of engineering and innovation. XSX FOR THE WIN
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had gotten the original release XSX and it was great console paired with my LG Oled TV. It died in 2023 and bought a new unit on a sale price in that month. It has been a great device and easy and fun to use what a gaming console should be. I do recommend it along with gamepass you will have a large selection of game rentals pretty much.
