Xbox has continued to listen to it's fans and this console is the latest in a number of moves to position it as the industry leader. Super fast load times, better graphics, and an amazing library thanks to gamepass make this a great console to own now and in the future. Pros: - Super fast load times. Coming from an Xbox One S the difference is incredible. - Smoother gameplay, menus, everything - Last generation games are consistently being optimized - Console has a cool design and 4K Blu-ray player. It can work vertically or horizontal. Cons: - While xbox continues to optimize last generation games there is still a lack of exclusives. Gamepass and multiple free-to-play games such Apex Legends help as I already have too many games to play, but it would be nice to have games to be as excited about as Spiderman or God of War. - Console is large. While I like the design and shape it doesn't fit in my entertainment center upright (vertical) so I have to lay it on its side which I don't like the look of quite as much. Overall I'm very excited to own this console. This console release feels a bit odd due to the shortage of consoles and "different" leap forward compared to past launches but so far the next generation is looking very promising.

Great graphics. Fast load times. Easy set up. Had been using pc for Microsoft games and PS5 for everything else but the xbox x was easier to find lately than a highet end graphics card so I switched to the console and wasn't disappointed worth every cent ...and the wait to find. Add ssd storage.

Upgraded from the original Xbox One. It is way faster, games load in a fraction of the time, the graphics are amazing. Very easy to set up. Logged into my account and all settings were transferred. The interface is the same, so nothing new to get used to. Also works with the older controllers.

Slick Design, Fast Speed, Quiet Operation, and powerful.

I have been gaming mostly on pc lately annd i sold my xbox one x to purchase the Series X. My pc has a new Nvme drive and the speed of the Series X blows my pc away. I get more fps on pc but im wuite impressed with xbox. Game Pass and quick resume has been awesome. I have played more games in the past few weeks then i did in months. I love 4k at 60fps!

We love it ! Our Xbox One had been frustrating us forever, especially with not wanting to load, much les READ disks. Zero issues with this console so far. Extremely simple set up, fast loading, great graphics, and looks nice rather than like a stereo component. We skipped the previous consoles because they looked awkward and ginormous. This console shape should not change. A replaceable lint filter like hair dryers or even CPAP devices use would be sufficient to protect the inside of the device. Should be extremely easy to incorporate, allowing a larger airflow opening. Get on this ! Would save a ton of service calls and angry email time wasted, leaving CSRs and tech support free to do other things.

Love the series X! Not only are the graphics great, the faster storage and quick resume make modern day gaming possible during short breaks.

This system is a huge step up from the previous generation xbox for many reasons. - Super quiet even after longer gaming sessions: the installed fan does a great job during play and also quickly cools the system down after longer gaming sessions - Note: Some reports surfaced of "smoke" from the fan and have been proved false. There is no smoke coming from the top of the device. - Load times are amazing: system startup is clean and fast, load times to start a game are fast, and load times within games are exponentially faster than the Xbox One. - Graphics are fantastic on an HD or other TV, but are dramatically improved when connecting to a 4k TV (and connecting to a 4k TV is system recognized and asks if you would like to update settings with one simple click) - Large power supply box and plug are a thing of the past: The power chord and HDMI chord included are streamlined and system setup is a breeze - Connecting an Xbox One controller or new Series X controller is fast and efficient. If the controller needs an update the system recognizes and then in one click the install is installed - The design of the system and the controller are a positive as well. The device itself is sleek, clean, and doesn't distract from any room design.

Been waiting to purchase this to upgrade from the Xbox One. I should have done it months ago. Much more powerful, quicker, loads graphics much better, my multiplayer game has improved due to its quick response of my actions on the controller. Controller feels better than the Xbox one too.

Faster Loading, Super Quiet and better graphics and back compatibility, only downer is no next game yets, but older games are made new.

I bought the Xbox Series X mostly for Fortnite and it’s been unreal. The game runs super smooth and loads almost instantly. No lag, no random freezes, and everything just feels faster compared to older consoles. What makes it even better is playing with my friends during senior year. Almost every night we’re on Fortnite together after school, running squads, talking trash, and just having fun. It’s honestly been one of the best ways to chill and make memories before everyone goes off to college. The graphics look great and the higher FPS actually makes a difference. Once you play Fortnite on the Series X, it’s hard to go back. Everything feels cleaner and more responsive. Overall I don’t regret buying this at all. It’s been a huge part of my senior year and some of the best times I’ve had with my friends. If you play Fortnite a lot, this console is 100% worth it.

The series X is a giant boost in power in comparison to the XB1X. Games look and play better on the series X when compared to the XB1X. It uses the same interface and all of the old apps work on the Series X right out the box. The new controller has the much needed share button and the console has blazing fast SSD. The Series X is backwards compatible and it plays all of your old games and if those games v Featured uncapped frame rates/dynamic resolution scaling then your in for a treat (4K/60fps). All in all it’s a good console it just lacks so much needed games to show off it’s capabilities.

I got lucky enough to be able to purchase both this and a PS5. I normally use the Xbox for a media console and with the new SSD it is really quick to launch the various apps and games. I do also use it for gaming as well and honestly, Game Pass has made this my console of choice since new games seem to appear every week. The only real downfall is that the amount of games on the service can be a little overwhelming. Other that than that, it has allowed me to try a ton of games that I most likely would have never played without Game Pass. There's been some great ones in there that I would have missed out on too. As for the PS5, while it does have some great games, the hard drive feels tiny compared to the Xbox Series X and rest mode is still broken. Having quick resume means you can switch between multiple games over days/weeks and start right back up where you left off whereas you can't do that at all with the PS5 currently without taking a chance of corrupting the game you're playing. If you're looking for the best place to play games right now, the Xbox Series X is the place to be.

AMAZING !!!!!!! I freaking love Xbox, mostly cause Forza lol but man are the graphics awesome, plus quick resume is amazing. It does tend to get very hot so look into dust blockers and fans for the bottom and top.

Whisper quiet, easy to use and set up. I am unbiased. I own all the systems, PS5, Series X, Switch and Oculus 2. This is a really well done rig. No real improvements to the controller, which is sad but that also means you can use your old controllers too, which is nice. The X-Box Game Pass combined with the system is one heck of a product.

Really amazing console. Just setting it up and downloading a few games, You really notice the download speed and performance upgrades. It does seem to get a little hot so make sure it’s got good ventilation. The true 4K is amazing but by far the super fast load times and quick resume feature makes upgrade I get to the series x worth it!

Absolutely loving this. I went through a couple of consoles before and wasn't fully satisfied, but now I am super happy with this. Best Buy did an amazing job with it being open box in excellent condition. It was really hard for me to think that it was open box!

I got this console so my son has something to play whe visits. The graphics and speed on the console is superb. Because of this console, we were able to buy a SIM racing rig for racing games and play flight simulator. This console provided an upgrade to our entertainment area and I’d reccomend it if are looking for a source of entertainment for guests. Additionally, the console allows you to have streaming apps and browse the internet. If you are looking to buy this for your kids, consider getting gamepass so they can download as many games as they can and an expansion SSD from either seagate or WD.
