I am very happy with the product I bought. It was a gift for my son. He was so happy to get a new Xbox as his was about 15 years old. He was able to open up A LOT of games that he has wanted to play for so long but was unable to open on his old Xbox. It made him very happy which makes me very happy!

Was not sure what to expect since I already had an XBOX ONE X and all my games played good on it. But I was surprised by the graphics and option to start where you left off without waiting for game to load. The XBOX Series X was smaller than I expected and weight less than my XBOX One X. I can’t even hear the fan going, XBOX One X had a loud fan. Games that are XBOX Series X were 50Gb larger and took up all my internal hard drive space. Have not played any XBOX Series X only games yet there are only a few and not very good.

I’ve been out of gaming for about 7 years! But I’m super impressed with the Xbox! It’s fast, looks great, feels great! I mostly play CFB25 with it but am looking to start playing different stuff as I ease back into the world of gaming

This is a freaking awesome job by the Microsoft team. I can't believe how life like the graphics are. The quick resume is a game changer and I never wanna go back to the old systems. Loading times aren't even hardly noticeable and I find myself instinctively grabbing my phone and waiting but there is no time at all to scroll social media like before. The only complaint I have is that I don't have two. If you're looking for some games to really show off the power of this baby, AC Valhalla, NBA 2K21, Watch Dogs Legion, and Destiny 2 Beyond Light.

Service was good. The product was delivered in a timely manner. No issues with delivery notification. The product works with no issues.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get a Series X since launch. When Best Buy had one of their drops, I was lucky enough to get it. This is an incredible machine. The quick resume feature is a game changer especially when playing multiple digital games and you can swap between all of them quickly and it picks up exactly where you leave off. The Series X is whisper quiet and doesn't take up a lot of room. I keep mine horizontal, but it can be stood upright. Best Microsoft console yet!

I have had the Series X since launch and it is truly amazing. The loading is non existant at times and the ability to switch between around 5 or 6 games at a time is game changing. The new controller is great with the lower latency however, I would prefer a next gen elite series. I can't wait to experience Dolby Vision when it comes out this summer, the already great looking Series X enhanced games will look even better. The Series X has the power of a V8 but so quiet you would have to get right next to it to even hear it. Definitely recommend!!!

Larger than expected. Super quick load times, amazing graphics even on not true 4K tv. Did have a problem with the controller disconnecting once.

Yes I was due for an upgrade after 6 years. My Xbox one S had 4k gaming and I didn’t feel the need to upgrade. If it wasn’t for helldivers I’d still have my one S. Made the switch and games are much more responsive and video quality overall is tremendously better.

Omg how i wished i purchased this long ago because the speed of this system is amazing and super quiet! Also purchasing from Best Buy in Tulsa Hills was smooth and really quick even with a trade in!

This had to be one hardest times I ever had getting a console. But Honestly one of the best consoles I've had in a while. I think Microsoft finally got focused again with this console. It was bigger than I thought it was when I finally got it in hand. The performance is top tier. I definitely believe the hype. Was a little skeptical after last generation xbox one came out. This console definitely gave me xbox 360 excited vibes. The transition through apps and games are smooth. The layout us nice as well. Can't wait to see whats coming in the upcoming months.

The future of gaming. I know its not for everyone, but I personally love the aesthetic Microsoft chose for the new Series X console. It makes for a great statement piece on my glossy white entertainment stand. Beyond the aesthetics, this console is fast, powerful, and delivers everything that has been promised thus far. While I am excited for Halo, it has been a little bit of a bummer to wait, but Gamepass has an impressive library that has kept me more than happy in the meantime and its integration into the Series X is just so smooth.

A great piece of Tech. While an Early adopter so still playing mostly older titles, the ease of use and incredible library provided from game pass make this (or even the Series S) A great value for the consumer. One note, while not as overall big as the ps5 don't let that fool you, the Series x is BIG! Laying on it's side in the horizontal position the console is actually HIGHER than the ps5 laying on it's side so make sure you have another space height wise to support the unit. **Will update review down the line once i get a few more miles into it!

Loving this console so far! The graphics look amazing, even the games that aren't yet optimized look better. The load time is crazy fast. The only issue we have right now is that it is much bigger than the previous console so we couldn't fit it inside our current tv stand as it needs to have air circulation around it. I also was impressed with best buy for having the extra security step during the purchase process- I think it is a great way to keep scalpers and bots away- I hope best buy will continue this practice for in demand items in the future!

Welp, I finally got one. It took forever to find one for sale. No surprise it was Best Buy. I had to sign up for their TotalTech support plan (which has paid dividends already). Product was ready for pickup as advertised. The Best Buy associate was friendly and fast and I was on my way. The Xbox Series X is fast and quiet. Setup was super easy. The first thing I did was install Halo Infinite. Super fast refresh rate, no artifacts, and super bright 4K picture. I love it!

I LOVE this console, gaming at 120 fps is opening up a new world of gaming. I also love the speed of this console generation. Quick resume is blazing fast. I only hate how there seems to be issues with hdr10 on most tvs. However with some extra steps you can work around it. I’m sure that it will get fixed in the future. I think it’s on the tv side not the Xbox side itself. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys gaming. With the power of this generation gaming is only going to get better and better.
