We were finally able to get our hands on one of these consoles after more than a year and a half of long waits outside of stores/online (only for it to sell out before it came our turn) and checking online obsessively to find one in stock at retail price (as we refuse to pay double to scalpers). At first we didn't quite trust that the transaction would actually go through or that we could pick it up in store so easily (considering our past drama). However, we were easily able to add it to cart, pay and pick up in store - and all on the same day! My son was absolutely ecstatic and LOVES this new console. It's much faster than his previous Xbox and the images much more true to life. He says it was worth every penny. (Yes, he paid for it himself).

Great console, works great out of the box, stop caring aboyt competition and defending consoles because you like a game better than others, just get both consoles and be happy as I am.

It's been over a year now, and this is by far the best console experience ever. Not only the best Xbox, this blows away the overall experience provided by the PS5 sitting next to it-- no clunky interface making it atrociously hard to find what you're looking for, no digging around through different screens depending on if you want something from your game library or to just watch Hulu, it's all just there on your menu a the press of a button. And that button is easier to use as well, since the controller doesn't cause your hands to hurt after hours of use. Better controller, better games, better media. It's just better, period.

This is a powerful system, graphics look really good with my Samsung TV, and u can't beat the ultimate game pass subscription! Load times have also improved, I play this just as much as my PS5 and I'm a Sony guy! Lol!

Great new Generation Xbox. Everything you love about Xbox, but faster, smoother, better looking. Works best with a 4K TV with native 120hz refresh rate. However, if you can’t afford to upgrade yet, the speed of this beast is more than enough to get until you are able to upgrade!

Purchased this as an upgrade to my Xbox one. I am impressed by its power. My games load up so quickly and the graphics are awesome

Sickest Xbox ever created. Load times are insanely fast, for games and apps as well. Makes old games, like GTA V, that used to take forever to boot up and load, so much more fun. Graphics are incredible too, but it's the speed that has changed everything for me.

It’s our favorite thing, we enjoy and share infinite moments together and play games for hours, we play movies and games, it’s an amazing device and works excellent.

Hands down a giant leap forward for consoles. The dashboard was streamlined in the previous update so that hasn't changed, so there's thankfully nothing new to learn and all my games, saves and all, transferred over seamlessly. It's fast, powerful, and Gamepass is a game changer.

I was lucky enough to purchase an Xbox through the best buy app. Spent all day refreshing until I was finally able to get one. Compared to my old xbox it is way faster and smoother. Easy set up and was able to transfer all my apps and games. Took about a day but we'll worth it

Great console, easy instructions on how to transfer data from old console to new. Graphics are so awesome. As an old time gamer from the 80's who has had various game consoles MS and not this was worth the money.

Absolute beast of a machine. A bug here or there is not uncommon, but not any worse than my XBONE or my PC. Quick Resume feature is one of the coolest things I've ever seen in gaming. If you've played Read Dead 2 on the xbone, then you know how long the load times can be. With the Series X, it plops you back in game EXACTLY where you left off. It's bonkers how quick it loads. Sharing clips and screenshots is super easy. Integrates well with the companion app. I have it for IOS, so no clue if it works that well on android. Visually, the graphics are top notch. Gamepass Ultimate which has basically replaced the old Xbox Live service is amazing. So many games for free. Biggest complaint though BY FAR is the size of the SSD. It's 1TB, but with the 200gb or so taken up by the operating system, and the massive size of some of the games (looking at you Black OPs Cold War- 150gb+) it does tend to fill up quickly.

With game pass, ultimate is hard to beat. Easily set up and it just works. I highly recommend the pro controller though

This is the fourth generation of Xbox since it came out in 2001 and my 5th Xbox (Red ring destroyed an Xbox 360). I don’t have a PS5 so I can’t draw any comparisons, but I can attest to the immense gaming library with great backwards compatibility that the Xbox platform has. The OS is very user friendly, the design of the system is sleek and fits into any game room. Only critique is the proprietary hard drive you must buy, to store new gen games on.

Xbox didn’t work took it back they exchanged it no questions asked and now it’s perfect

Easy to set up, powerful, and the reservation and pick up system was very simple. I added a game pass subscription and have really enjoyed the excellent library of games.

Plays games and does great for what I want since all of my friends are on Xbox live. Gaming will never be as good as it used to be but here's to hoping the future of gaming returns a part of it

Ive had the console for a few weeks and it seems great so far. Trying to fond ways to really push the limits but the games ive played have been really clear and the 1T of space has been gread compared to my xbox 1 S.
