I can get in and out without all the extra stuff. The staff are usually on point too.

The performance it offers at $500 is incredible but most already know this. Its getting one that's the problem. It's not too hard to get one if you know where to look. Personally, I got mine because of the fixitfixitfixit discord. They have drop notifications so I knew when they became in stock.

MS doesn’t even have to try to win the console wars at this point. Their infrastructure is what gives them all the advantage that they need. Sony will only ever dream of having that type of back end support.
