I disconnected my controller and when I tried reconnecting it, I found the sync button on the Xbox didn't work. I'm currently trying to figure out what to do about this.

I got the system for $400 and a $50 gift card included for free but I only play old games on it.

I haven't had a console since the original XBOX ONE. So at this point, any system whether it be PS5 of XBOX was going to be a huge upgrade for me. I ended up buying both so I can enjoy with my son and I like both systems equally.
