If you have not got a Mybestbuycard you should look into it it's worth the value. you can get this item and many more things on promotional financing. after owning this for over 6months i can tell you it's very reliable and a step up from previous versions. The controller feels better however feels like already needs to be replaced that has not changed much.

The graphic quality is amazing, the controller could be better though. It started having issues within a week of having it. Even with switching out with another controller. Storage is good, but with how much space the games take up as it is, having additional storage is a plus.

Absolutely love having the new console, it operates and functions a lot better than the console I upgraded from, graphics are 1000 times better too

Great price, great service. Ordering on-line, and store pickup was a breeze. The store check out was great. The X-Box X is definitely the way to go. Very easy setup and graphics are incredible. The ability to use older games and new games is very useful for anyone who has been playing the X Box for years.

Its a great console for several of its next gen capabilities. I remember being able to get stuff done between loading times, well now it loads really fast and it's a whole new vibe as someone who used to have dial up. It came with a control and these things are easy to set up. The xbox platform and gamepass work really well if you also have a PC. A real computer, with Windows lol. It feels very fluid. Microsoft loses a star because of the SSD switch. The quick resume feature is lit but SSDs have a limited amount of rewriting before they start to break down. This is planned obsolescence. The extra storage you can buy is like an old school memory card except its a SSD and holds 1tb or more. Comes separately though. I get that we like SSDs but just know you may have to upkeep this in 5 or more years or buy the new gen when it's out. All in all it was cool but PC gaming is top tier without a doubt. Lol miss me with that console war peasantry

When I received the package, at first I thought the console was going to die at first? But then after all that test it works pretty fine!!! Power connector is good, HDMI is good, fan is good and quiet, disc drive good and quiet and etc is fine. Just remember to take it slow and always keep the empty box for over a year? And to know that if you're console is alive just by hearing it boot up and feeling the cool air coming out? ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I had an xbox one love the upgrade. Only thing I will say is it says 1tb but its really about 830 gb of data

Next Gen right? Well not so fast. Has the same old user interface as the previous Xbox one. You know it’s funny how they claim it’s the most powerful console but didn’t update a simple user interface to experience some sort of next gen feel when starting up your next gen console for the very first time. So why believe what they claim after all? Check this out , another point. The colors are not as contrast as with the PS5. You can also find this online when you search a comparison game running side by side. You will notice The PS5 has a better contrast ratio while the Xbox looks a tad bit lower giving the in game characters a more realistic look on the PS5. Maybe they will correct in the future, I truly hope so. Also Starting of you will feel the difference of the PS5 with a new user interface, a built in game that combines their years of all the PlayStation technology into the game and making the game fun at that! Exploiting their newly adaptive triggers on the controller of the PS5 was very new and creative. I’m just a tad bit disappointed why Xbox did really nothing with any updated new look feel features. Yes the games run smooth, yes the console is very quiet. And yes it’s very fast. But this was all to be expected. It’s a shame they couldn’t have at least updated the user interface . I guess the only unique features is the in game pause , play another game, and come back to where you left of on your first game. Which is cool I guess, but I’m not the type of guy to like my console straining more power then what I’m currently using it for. The controller also feels very similar to the last gen. I would like to add they did however, create a faster response on the controller then the PS5 controller .I’ve noticed the PS5 is not as quick response as the Xbox. So shoot em up games, you probably will have a slighter advantage on the Xbox Series X. All in all It is a absolute beast for next gen gaming, but lacking a lot of the differential unique features is were Xbox really dropped the ball. Still a beast of a console especially with Xbox buying exclusive title rights to company’s like the creators of Doom). The future looks bright for the Xbox Series X. 4/5

This system is a great upgrade from xbox one, a significantly better performance and speed. Games reboot in seconds, also quick resume. The graphics truly delivers the 4K promise.

Incredible purchase experience and service from Best Buy. I secured the Series S model at launch, but Best Buy had the X in stock early one morning and I jumped at the chance due to the extreme demand. It was going to be nearly a week before pickup, but i was notified early and picked up my system before a long weekend. I was able to try out the system with plenty of time to enjoy it. The S is a great system and plenty for a lot of gamers. The X takes it to the next level. The graphics and processing speeds are great. Even the newly optimized older games are beautiful and smoother. Load times are insanely fast. I am very happy with this console and GamePass Ultimate means you have a huge library of games to play from. The PS5 seems to get all the hype but the Series S/X are definitely next Gen upgrades.

My fiancé looooves it, but given how much he’s wanted it, it does not come as a surprise! While I was not thrilled of the route I had to go to get it to have the Xbox pass and pay more, but it was so worth it to get it guaranteed new and not auctioned off eBay. We all know how expensive that is! I also couldn’t thank the wonderful help I had when I went to pick the item up. She went out of her way to double bag it and bring it out to my car out front of the store to ensure discretion. I was relieved because of the obvious craziness behind people robbing others outside stores during Christmas time this past year, especially with this specific Xbox. I cannot express how appreciative I was for that.

Best console I've ever owned! It plays OG XBOX and 360 XBOX GAMES also, so you don't have to connect three different gaming consoles to one tv! Best move I ever made was to buy this and subscribe to Gamepass Ultimate! I also own a Playstation 5 but I only use that for the few exclusives.. All the triple AAA 3rd party games I play on my Xbox. Halo Infinite is amazing! And with my Gamepass Ultimate subscription I don't even need to have my Xbox to play. I can play right from my phone/pc/tablet on a good Wi-Fi connection. Really is amazing how much they do for us gamers. Whatever system you choose have a great time on it, and don't fall into the console war! But I cannot recommend this enough! ✌

I’ve been an Xbox user for longer than I can remember (15+ years). I have my original Xbox One since it first launched in 2013 and it still works 10 years later. I just wanted it upgrade because of the great deals Best Buy had for a member such as myself. This machine looks amazing on my new 75” though. I moved my older model to my bedroom. I’m forever loyal to Best Buy + Microsoft when it comes to electronics and entertainment.

Console works flawlessly, the backwards compatibility is awesome and I haven’t found a game that it doesn’t work with yet. It’s awesome to be able to go back and play your old games on a new console and in 4K they look gorgeous. Only thing I have to complain about is storage space with the size of modern games, but that is easily expanded with the addition of an external hard drive. I would strongly recommend a WD Black 4-5TB expansion drive that Best Buy sells as a must buy item for this console. You plug it in and it just works, purposely built for gaming and adds 4x the memory for exactly 1/2 the price of the internal sea gate expansion drive sold by Xbox! Also, the sleek design of the console fits right in to my entertainment center so my girlfriend wasn’t even mad! Always a plus.

Coming from an Xbox one X I'm surprised how fast this system is. Turning it on it's almost as fast as flipping a light switch. Also any games especially Rise of Fenyx, barely has any load time. The loading screen is an absolute waste (good thing). I'm still getting used to how fast it is. I also own a PS5. Start up is slightly slower but still also a great machine. The only negative is that the controller for the PS5 does not last as long as Xbox (rechargeable batteries or regular batteries). If you have the finances go with both systems. Nobody will beat sony exclusives but xbox game pass saves so much money.

I wanted an x series since came out love it my dream machine citizen one with best buy made that possible love this store and the awesome dependable system i got from them graphics are awesome!!
