Love my Xbox X I love that it plays old Xbox games on it and the picture quality is excellent highly recommend it

Purchased this and a ps5 so far I’m using the series x more. Game pass is a must if you’re new to Xbox.

I was unfortunately unlucky and received one with noticeable GPU artifacting issues in games (signs of GPU failure). I tried switching resolutions and settings, changing cables, and changing inputs. I even completely reset the system. Nothing seemed to help. In all honesty if you are happy with your current system wait a few months in order for Microsoft to work out production issues and software glitches. The console was blazing fast otherwise and super smooth but it’s clear these aren’t ready for prime-time just yet. Backwards compatible games ran wonderfully and new games that were optimized looked incredible. Definitely a great step in the right direction.

Best console I’ve ever had. I’d played PlayStation, but this is on a different level. I’ll be Xbox going forward.

I really like my xbox, i have always had an xbox but lately it has been flickering and freezing. Hopefully i will get some help to get it resolved.

This xbox is top of the line performance. Must get with an upgraded tv. It like you are on a pc.

So this was a drop deal that came with a controller and three free bonus games. I waited two weeks for the deal to become available. The second it was available I attempted to purchase it and a pop up would appear stating all items in your cart are unavailable. I tried for over two hours and it finally allowed me to check out . It appears one of the free games were unavailable. So instead of pulling the unavailable game from the deal and replacing it with another , they apparently pulled all three!! I asked about my free games when I picked it up from my local store and the girl told me they weee already preloaded in the console . She obviously didn’t know what she was talking about but this was a Christmas gift and I needed it so I took it. Just sucks that the three games were part of the deal then you get told a lie and you leave with just part of the transaction you paid for. I tried contacting Best Buy customer service but they were useless. Like most companies these days , it appears they contracted customer service to a foreign country and they read from cue cards. I can only provide a score on my experience, not the console itself , as I didn’t play with it . As stated it was a gift to my son.

The games look awesome. Load times are really fast, and the quick load times make getting to the games faster.

Fun console, I enjoy playing it with the family. I like it because it’s nice, powerful and in a compact design.
