So this was a drop deal that came with a controller and three free bonus games. I waited two weeks for the deal to become available. The second it was available I attempted to purchase it and a pop up would appear stating all items in your cart are unavailable. I tried for over two hours and it finally allowed me to check out . It appears one of the free games were unavailable. So instead of pulling the unavailable game from the deal and replacing it with another , they apparently pulled all three!! I asked about my free games when I picked it up from my local store and the girl told me they weee already preloaded in the console . She obviously didn’t know what she was talking about but this was a Christmas gift and I needed it so I took it. Just sucks that the three games were part of the deal then you get told a lie and you leave with just part of the transaction you paid for. I tried contacting Best Buy customer service but they were useless. Like most companies these days , it appears they contracted customer service to a foreign country and they read from cue cards. I can only provide a score on my experience, not the console itself , as I didn’t play with it . As stated it was a gift to my son.

I finally was able to get the new xbox for my son. So far he loves it.

Does what any high new-gen console is supposed to do.

Next Gen gaming, super fast loading. No complaints thus far. Price could be better. Does get hot

Great console, works great and games look wonderful.

I gave it a 4 only because XBOX decided to keep their controller's with replaceable batteries LAME. To make it worse you can buy at an additional cost of course rechargeable battery packs. In my opinion you almost have to buy the rechargeable packs therefore raising the cost of your system.

Very powerful but more than likely more noticeable long term when next gen games are developed and released.

Love it. Great console for gaming. Access to Gamepass is a plus.

This thing has zero load time, reminds me of cartridge games with that there is zero load time

Great console, graphics and loading time have significantly improve from the previous console.

Placing an order and picking up is so simple and made easily with instructions for every step.

So far, so good. The console is operating fine (no vaping or crashing games) and has exceeded my expectation.

Next generation that gets close to having a PC but in console form. Only issue was the limited availability.

New to gaming but very satisfied with the online options for games.

Amazingly fast load times and graphics and get to keep all my games from the last 10 years I’ve been playing,

So far it has been great, no issues at all. Much faster than xbox one and games start without delay.
