Bought about a month ago and love this console. This is the second I have gotten and works great!

Coming from the first gen Xbox 1 console, the Series X is a flippin powerhouse for gaming. Great picture quality, fast refresh rate, seamless and lag-less gaming (not wired, I hear wired is even faster) and just an amazing experience overall. Quiet as a mouse, too! I ordered the console online, brand new, at $100 discount for store pickup and when I arrived to pick it up.. they handed me an “open box” (return) package. I expressed that I paid for a brand new console but they said they did not have any in stock. I didn’t want to wait another day so I said “I’ll just take it”. They were so fair about the mistake that they gave me a $150 gift card so I went and bought a second controller, rechargeable battery packs, and a storage drive. So I really can’t complain!

This console is fire. Amazing performance, fast load times, beautiful graphics. I held out on moving up to Series X, thanks to some Xbox One crossover with new games for awhile, but next gen games need next gen consoles to play. I still love my Xbox One S, still the Series X is faster, smoother, and more vibrant. I will always buy an Xbox.

The console is great & would have gotten an Excellent rating, but dealings with Citizen's One over the All Access loan take it down to Average. Fallout 76 & Skyrim both play better & load faster on the new X series. And with both games, the graphics & visuals, look really great. The console itself is excellent. I didn't need nor did not want the All Access package, already have game pass ultimate, but was forced to take out a loan & buy the All Access package in order to get the X series console and now I am having loads of trouble with Citizen's One. Poor rating I do not recommend upgrading with the All Access package. If you can wait or find just the console, do so. I wish I had

Powerful gaming and using the app makes for seamless and easy set-up

Well, it is a microsoft product, so I despise it, but it is the best unit at the moment. It is overpriced, and it is a scam that prompts you to spend even more money through online passes and other gimmicks. There was a time when all that was free. This unit works well enough. No real difference from the Xbox One I have, except that it would not play the newer games and there are no new offerings for the Xbox one. I have a 4k TV and I really do not see the difference in picture past the first week. Is it worth it? Absolutely not! Do you have a choice? Absolutely not!

Great price for a well built gaming system that satisfies multiple appetites in the gaming world. Being able to add the Game Pass to the package was important and necessary to really get the most out of my purchase. I am really enjoying my purchase.

Console is way better than the Series S. Much more faster and graphics are spot on.

Taking gaming to another level, it’s true I was doubtful about the Cloud platform for gaming and quality of the system. The system plays games effortlessly which are downloaded, but the best part is the cloud gaming paired with High Speed Internet. What a blast to not take up drive space and not lose much game quality. This is on par with the advanced gaming systems, and does not quit .

Great gaming system. Easy to set up and start playing.

System works great and allows for running games at higher refresh rates and with more demanding graphics than a One X. For the price, you can’t beat the performance. My gaming PC can handle 1440p (6700 XT) but the cost of the graphics card rivals this entire system which has a similarly powerful GPU and more attention paid to optimization by developers compared to PC. Not to mention PC requires a monitor/keyboard/mouse/cables and this includes everything but the 4k TV you probably already have. You will want to pay greater attention to airflow with this system compared with older consoles though; With great power comes great heat. Storage wise, I never use a whole terabyte because I play one or two games at a time and just delete them unless I am actively playing them. But, added storage is a bit spendy.

Store pick-up was easy. I was able to boot it up and start playing within hours.

Great console, switch due to wifi issues with the PS5. Never experienced any issues with the Xbox series X

Great product with a wide range of options for gsmes if using Game Pass
