Replaced my xbox one with this better version, graphics awesome

Love it! The graphics are amazing and load times are blazing fast.

I finally snagged a Series X!! It required I sign up for 24 months of Xbox Ultimate which allows me to play all their games on both my console and my PC. AND my iPhone too!!! All for a reduced rate!! Plus I get to make 24 monthly payments with zero interest?! Yes please! Picking up from BB was a cinch. Overall, this new system is insanely fast and in 1-2 years we should see some beaucoup awesome graphics forthcoming :-))

My Xbox One sat in dust for a long time as I switched to PS4 to play their exclusives. Then I got the switch as I waited, temporarily gave up on next-gen, then got lucky and bought the first one I could, which was this. Wow, how happy I am it worked out that way! Performance is fantastic, and I have it paired to a 4K projector that only goes up to 60 Hz, not a TV that could actually do 120 Hz. Loading times are far less a headache with the SSD. The controller is much improved and doesn't creak and groan like the original Xbox controller did during use. It has better grip and quality overall. Otherwise mostly similar to before in design. Also, the OG Xbox controllers will work with it! Games? Backward compatible to original Xbox games, for one. Also, access to Game Pass allowing first day access to tons of games. I did the Live Gold conversion trick and got 3 years of Ultimate for the cost of one. I honestly could just not buy any more games for 3 years and be fine, still have a backlog, as when the Xbox exclusives start cranking out they will be playable by me on day 1. I'm not a fan boy and will most likely get a PS5 at some point, but I'm in much less of a hurry now. I'd like to get a second of these as a gift for my sis and have a gaming buddy. She has an OG Xbox One as well which is painful now by comparison except for some lower-demand games. Family sharing and she can be playing co-op on any other Xbox for free. Xbox is doing a lot of things right. Free quality upgrades to most games. Easy cloud saves for when you switch between devices or come back to a game after even years. This is Xbox's turn to be consumer friendly - hope it lasts a good while.

This is an Awesome next gen console. It was worth the wait. Games load fast and play smoothly.

So far this is a solid unit. Props to Best Buy for bot proofing their site so I could actually order one. Graphics are awesome. Speaking of graphics, if you have not recently bought a TV then hold off until the new 2021 TVs come in. Don't be suckered by the sales on 2020 stock. 2020 was a horrible year for TV innovation and the next gen console features are a mirage. I got this paired up with the LG Atmos Surround Sound Bar with Rear Surrounds. Playing Call of Duty is Surreal. You really hear the 3 dimensional sound. Please note my praise is after the release of a few update patches that the improved stability. Only weird thing is the device powering. It all goes through ARC which can be a blessing or a curse. In my case it took me a few minutes to get the settings right but when I turn on the XBOX manually, the soundbar does not turn on. It will turn off if I shut it off manually. If I use an assistant to turn it on via voice command then everything turns on. I don't know if it is a bug or something specific with LG but since I use Google Home it is not a big deal. And that leads me to my next point. Being able to use your assistant is pretty cool. I just wish they didn't sunset Kinect because honestly I dug it for the camera and mic. I rarely use headphones unless I am playing and don't want to disturb the family. All that said I am very happy.

I've had this for 3 weeks now and can say that I have had loved everyday playing on this thing. I've been grinding Cod warzone and I been getting the cleanest experience, no frame drops, easy to customize, and great a great controller. This was worth every penny for me it loads my games fast and never gives me problems. Highly recommend getting the game pass too it just so much more value in the amount of games you get to play and try out. I've been playing Yakuza Kiwawi 2 and it's awesome and I can play the rest of the series without having to pay full price of each game.

Ive had this console since the 28th of November. Hands down worth it. Graphics, load time, game play, even then the subtle changes to the controller make this purchase rewarding. The design is very simple and compliments or blends in with your entertainment station. There isn't an exclsusive game YET for the new xbox series X but obvioulsy there will be one soon. (didnt plan on buying Miles Morales w/PS5). So opting to secure the Xbox Series X was a no brainer. Game Pass on the new console is amazing. You get a whole heap of games to play. The menu has subtle changes from the previous generation but looks and feels more fluid and you can also put your menu tabs in different order. You really notice your on next generation when you start playing your games, this beast also features quick resume so you can jump back into your other games flawlessly within seconds. Major game titles will probably going to be cross platform game play, so it really comes down to preference on which system you want to own. Do not down play this system. Ive owned every Ps and Xbox console up to date and always purchased the Ps second. If your mad the controllers didnt change get the Xbox Elite 2 Contoller. Pricey but worth it. Microsoft/Xbox is not going to give us a controller with the new console thats better than the Xbox Elite 2 that they sale for $180. They should of just made the Elite 2 standard for the Xbox series X and they could of introduced the Xbox Elite 3 at some point in the future. With that being said you still get a lot for your money and more than Ps5. A gaming Pc with these Specs would cost well into the thousands of dollars. Moral of the review get the new Xbox Series X. The value you get here is absolutely incredible. You get 4k 60FPS in basically every single game. I have been a die hard PC gamer with an RTX 3090 in my $4,000 gaming PC. I honestly regret buying my gaming PC now that the Series X has caught up with FPS boost. Crazy thing... us PC gamers have been gaming at 60 frames per second for the last 8 years. That is the only reason I play PC because FPS matters WAY MORE than graphic fidelity. However, the series X recently started rolling out FPS boost which boosts over 100 games to over 60 FPS some of them even 120 FPS. Now there are games that run better on my $500 Xbox Series X than on my $4,000 PC. Examples being Watch Dogs Legion and Halo Infinite. Both those Titles I get mostly 60 FPS with max setting on my 3090 but with dips and stutters into the 40 FPS range. There is no stuttering with the Series X, it is a stable 60 FPS. I cannot recommend the Series X enough. Especially with Game Pass. Game Pass has amazing games like Halo Infinite which is a $70 Video Game that I am playing this month for $1 (first month of game pass is $1). BUY THIS. JUST DO IT. STOP THINKING AND GO FIND ONE OF THESE ASAP. :)
