Purchased this via the app, quick turnaround, easy process. The console is great, we were replacing my son's XBOX ONE X as games are coming out that will no longer be supported on the previous gen. Already having an established Microsoft Account History, set up was seamless. Console is fast, intuitive and delivers as we have come to expect from the XBOX line. If I had to pick one con, it would be the storage capacity. We have an external HD to solve that, but that is an additional expense.

Got to have internet even with the disk games and it has alot of upgrading to do before play but other than that it was good

Absolutely loving the console. Plays everything with no problems. Definitely recommend investing into a tv that has native 4k and 60hz and or motion rate 240 otherwise it will dull the experience

Finally update my Xbox console after having the Xbox s for a good long while. Will always be a fan of Xbox it does exactly what I want it to do and will always be the console I choose!

Load times are great, graphics are amazing, my 14 yr old is thrilled with this console.

Gaming on a console is the easiest way too play games. If you are a computer Wiz a pc could be your thing. I like to put the game in and play. Not to have to worry about a program conflicts that you get with a pc.

My kids loves this Xbox. Nice picture quality. The machine itself is quite! I also purchased the charger for the controllers, glad I did because it’s a small fortune to be replacing batteries. I like how this game with games for 2 yrs. It was included with the price. Most games are between $30-60 so me paying I think almost $300 with the console saves me in the long run.

I got this for my fiance as a gift. He absolutely loves it. The only issue I had was when speaking to the associate. She didn't tell me the pick-up location was in Richfield, Indiana. And I thought it was Richfield, Minnesota. I was in a total panic, however the associate at the Richfield, Minnesota location was absolutely amazing. Even though they were sold out everywhere her. She contacted the other location told them exactly what happened and had it shipped to my home address. I had to wait a little longer to give it to him. The look on his face when he got it was priceless. All thanks to that wonderful associate with her quick thinking under pressure during last minute Christmas shopping. I will always go to Best Buy they go above and beyond for their customers.

Got this for my little brother it is a pretty big upgrade from his old xbox 1

My son and i went in on this xbox series x for my grandson. He was beyond excited at his bd party when he opened it he ran and gave us hugs. I wish i had taken a picture before we left for the 3 hour drive back home but i forgot. He not only got the x box, but he got a new gaming desk too. Happy 10 year old!!!

Will be buying another one for my oldest! Very fast and I love that it still takes the disc games!
