Has connectivity issues in terms of syncing the controller to the Xbox. Other than that performs like it’s supposed to. Wait for newer models to come out before purchasing.

Lots to like about xbox and gamepass. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the controller is inferior to the Dualsense controller on the PS5.

At first I wasnt going for the x since i have the s with 1tb ssd but i was getting massive fps drops everyday on the s meaning everything felt slow and not smoothly so i went for the series x and let me tell you am happy af i just couldn't believe it all my problems went away like magic it was a dream come true no more fps drops everything felt fast and smooth and very quick response time better then my series s awesome powerful machine the series x was definitely worth it.

It's heavy like a cinder block but fast as all get out.

Does what and Xbox does lol run games it has great picture and controller feels nice.still confused in why it’s not rechargeable yet lol. Quite and sleek

Love it and the graphics on it are so nice. Would definitely recommend it.

So far so good, but do not like the fact that even games on disk is still installed, which is ridiculous, there will never be enough memory if you have a large library of games.

Xbox series X is an amazing console. Still needs for console exclusives.

The system doesn’t have anything mind blowing quite yet but the system runs fast and can be used adequately for streaming and has free upgrades for most last gen games.

Totally worth it while on discount! Paid $350 for it.

Console runs very well, significantly better than my previous console but it struggles with Black Ops Cold War though I've heard that is an issue with the game not the console.

Great Console, was hard to get but considering how limited they will be in the future it was worth it.

Great machine . PC video cards are extremely expensive and i felt this was a great alternative to that. I hope that vid cards come down soon..

Both next gen should’ve released this upcoming fall 2021. It has plenty of potential. Fingers cross for E3 and new titles that take advantage of this system power

Really bad experience with this console. This is our fourth X Box. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our kids. When we initally launched it, we received a message that a software update was needed, we ran this. Part way through we received an error message that it was not able to update. We went through all the troubleshooting steps on Microsoft's site and ended up having to manually download the update onto a usb flashdrive and install it that way. This seemed to work until we attempted to install a game and the installation continuously failed. We were on wifi so switched to a hardwired connection to rule this out as the issue. When we attempted to open the console settings to update the network setup, we received a new error message about failure to access the settings. This troubleshooting step instructed us to power cycle. When we did this, the console went back to showing the original update message and error code and we were right back at the start. We have been trying to troubleshoot for 5 hours now and the console basically a brick. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

Great system held back by the controller. First Xbox purchase, but now returned. Being used to PS4 and Switch, I found the controller to be extremely inferior. The clicking rounded D-pad, clicking bumpers, small surface area of the concave sticks, rounded face buttons, narrow surface area of the triggers and lack of forceful rumble all contributed to making this the worse controller I've used. I hope a revamped controller is in the works because I think the machine overall is great.
