Always have been an Xbox fan. Was excited to get my hands on the Series X. I've had my for 3 months and can only play for 30-40minutes before the system freezes and crashes back to the dashboard. I've tried everything to keep the sytem from crashing but no luck. About to send it to Microsoft for service. Great system when it runs correctly though.

Good but games still crash on this system when they don’t for the old gen systems. Doesn’t make much sense. I would not pay anything over retail for this system.

Got this on Black Friday. Finally went on sale and came with a $50 gift card. I would advise only getting if on sale. Not a crazy upgrade from the Xbox X. Definitely runs games much better. Downside is they have to be installed on the very limited SSD drive.

My xbox series x came with a fat gash on the top vent the size of a dime. The quality of these aren't as good as you'd expect. Maybe this was a one-off, but I'd do a double-check on your series x prior to accepting it. It should be in pristine condition when you open it, even if it means these are rare to come by. Doesn't mean the manufacturer can chug these out substandard quality.

Bought this because i always had an xbox growing up. Its been about 8 years since ive owned a console. Incredibly disappointed in microsoft paywalling most everything from bluetooth headsets to online & remote play. Youre basically spending $500 for hardware and a minimum $20 a month after for online access at the most basic level. Not only that but microsoft has licensed bluetooth rights so youll probably have to buy another headset specifically for this device. Once you get around the $750 inital investment and ongoing $30/mo fees youll enjoy it. Shame on Microsoft.

Great for playing games. The BluRay player is not great. Upscaling and overall image quality is poor in comparison to my ancient PS3. When watching Blu Ray movies, occasionally the HDMI connection is lost. This is a known issue that Microsoft needs to address, and it's unacceptable. DVDs look awful on the console...once again, my PS3 upscales and outputs better image quality when watching DVDs than does the Xbox Series X.

meh, this is not as powerful and as clean looking as the ps5 but hey not too shabby for the price and availability.

The ordering of such a hot item as the Xbox Series X was a little frustrating but once I got the order through, the communication and curbside pick-up were awesome!

Right off the bat, the controller wouldn’t connect during initial setup...had to attempt to pair continually. The Xbox button on the controller is also already sticking and gets sunken down at times, needing to be popped back up. Cheap, plasticky feel to the controller. Disappointing. Downloads from the Microsoft Store are extremely up and down, incredibly slow at times...dial-up slow. Shockingly poor... kbps speeds. You will also be met with all kinds of MS Store required update downloads when you first register your console, which slow down any Game Pass or game purchase download you have going even more. It’s a very slow process out of the gate, made worse by the sluggish downloads. And I have a pretty fast network connection. Even connecting via Ethernet did little to improve things. And worst of all, Microsoft support communication with an actual human is currently non-existent. All topics on the MS Support site say “Phone Support Unavailable ForThis Issue”. Xbox Support Twitter account never responded to any of my several messages either. Once you actually get a game going, the experience greatly improves. Really nice graphics and even old 360-era games look crisp and the action is fluid. Unfortunately, Microsoft puts roadblocks in your way to enjoying this console and if you have any technical issues at all, good luck trying to reach anyone in Support to help you. I gave up after awhile. Returning the console and will wait it out for awhile for future next-gen console purchases.

Awesome console for the speed. Having game pass for the Xbox really opens up your library and also allows for cross play between your desktop and console.

No games for the games and kings of the wolf game ever played in the playoffs and kings playoffs are the playoffs and the champions playoffs for the wolf in the group

Plays good, graphics are good. I ran out of storage really fast

I love my Xbox Series X, however, it has a cheap feeling to the remote controller that came with.

System runs fast with no issues but not that much different than an Xbox One X on my current TV. I'm gonna miss not being able to control my cable TV through my xbox.

Both this and the new ps5 are excellent. Only thing holding them back is the lack of true games for the system. Once those start rolling out this will be a 5 star.

So far this system seems good. Have only played one game on it so far but have no complaints yet. Will have to play more games on it to see if its worth the money.

Everything hardware related to this system is Great. I have a few issues related to game liscenses and account linking. I have one xbox account from 10+ years ago that is linked to an unknown EA account. The account is basically locked out of all EA games. I game share with another Xbox account, but every couple of days, games won't launch. Not sure why the games crash immediately after opening, not even an error message. Other people have these issues, but Microsoft simply does not care about it.
