I upgrade from an Xbox One S to the Series X. The graphics are great and it certainly future-proofs my system so that I can play newer games. But I’m not convinced that it was worth the price to upgrade. We will see.

However, the console’s substantial size might be a drawback for some, and while the Game Pass library is extensive, a more substantial lineup of exclusive titles would be welcome. In summary, the Xbox Series X is a powerhouse for gaming enthusiasts, delivering on its promise of next-gen gaming with a few minor considerations.

My old Xbox is at a date so I had to get a new one.

I'm definitely going to be coming back to best buy to get my consoles. Best Buy's website was faster and more up to date and honest about how many were available and when they would renew their stock. For example, out of stock now, will restock in about 20 minutes. Walmart and Target did not have that feature and that made me miss many opportunities to get the Xbox. However when I finally got one on order, it arrived a day early and the package was undamaged. All I had to do, was just walk in grab it and walk out. It took me about two minutes, if it were Walmart or Target or even GameStop I guarantee it would've taken me at least 15 minutes to leave. However the Xbox itself works wonders. The fan is very, very quiet unlike the ps4 fan that sounded like the console was going to explode. The design makes it super easy to cool so it doesn't overheat easily, which I appreciate. I have had the console crash a few times, but this was due to the Call of duty games, not the console itself. Every other game works properly on the system. The controller works fine, nothing much to say about it, it's mainly just an updated version of the Xbox one controller. I was worried that I bought an elite controller just a few months before the console released, but luckily the console is compatible with any Xbox one accessory. So long story short, I will be buying my PS5 from Best buy in the next few weeks.

My son and i went in on this xbox series x for my grandson. He was beyond excited at his bd party when he opened it he ran and gave us hugs. I wish i had taken a picture before we left for the 3 hour drive back home but i forgot. He not only got the x box, but he got a new gaming desk too. Happy 10 year old!!!

I got this for my husband for a gift. It has been such a fun game system and allows for him to play the newest games.

Great UI, great games, game pass is a must. And it's awesome to be playing old Call of duty's again since they fixed the servers. Controller feels good and the customization and 3rd party products for the console and controller are immense.

This was a gift and the price was awesome. We ordered online and it was ready within an hour.
