This is a great console. 4K, quick resume, game pass, what more do you need? I wish they also implemented better haptics as they definitely are holding the gaming industry back when Sony tried to improve upon it. 4K bluray playback on this machine is absolutely horrendous. I have yet to make it work. UI is the same as the previous-gen xbox which is more of a nitpick.

Haven't had an Xbox since the 360. Loving this system. All the accounts you have to create with Microsoft is annoying though

I've never had an Xbox before. I've had Playstations and was looking to buy a PS5 but couldn't ever find one. BB had an Xbox series X so I decided to snag it. I was very frustrated at how difficult it was to get it set up. It took me many hours over several days to get it figured out. Unbelievable how there's nothing user friendly engineered into these things. Once I finally got it set up and mostly figured out the madness that's involved to get my kids to both be able to play at the same time, its working pretty well. I learned in my hours of research that I could get up to 3 years of game pass ultimate by buying 3 years of Xbox Live Gold BEFORE signing up for the free two weeks of game pass ultimate... if you sign up first the Live is converted to half the time or whatever. For $1 you convert all the Live to GPU as long as it's a new account. Still cost me $181 for 3 years of GPU, but I figured it was worth it. The kids do love it. If it wasn't for wasting SO MUCH of my time because of unclear and unknown setup I'd give it more stars. If you've had Xbox I'm sure it's easy to set it up.

Xbox Series X perfoms as it should. Only exception is the console turns off when I play gears 5.

Would have rather had a PS5, but this will do... great system overall and gets the job done. COD has been my life

Quality system. I like that it is compact and handles the newest titles without any issue.

My son is thrilled. System is fast. Graphics are great. A few software glitches. Love the control with the Xbox family app.

Not bad graphics, but pinball FX 3 will not download completely. They will not contact to me to help with the problem. My x box one gave me a bunch less problems.

Nice machine, everything looks way better even movies. Not to happy about my new controller clicking on the right joystick.. I wonder if they can swap it for a new one?

Good so far. Very fast. loads games very quickly. I noticed the system still gets very hot when playing for extended times.
