As a control for an enertainment system like a sorround sound system this works well but buy the cheaper $299 digital one. the cost of the Xbox is not worth the money.

However, it still lacks the next gen experience though, we are barely in the beginning phase of what the next gen console can bring. I suggest waiting it out for a few month before getting this console. You’re not missing much in my honest opinion.

I happened to log in at the right time and secured one. The order came early and it was no hassle picking it up. He set it up with ease and has been playing Cyberpunk non-stop saying how much he's enjoying the new gaming system. He is a very happy boy! What more could I ask?!

Now its always wanting to reconnect to the internet, overheating and shutting off mid game. Went from being able to play for hours to about 2 hours tonight before it up and shut off. Wont come back on.

When item was delivered it was left outside no signature was required so it was on the street and got stolen. Best buy does not want to re send the item. They told me file a police report. So now im stuck in dispute trying to get my money back from the bank for an item i never recieved. I would never order online from them again.... then come to find out they used a 3rd party delivery service not even postal service or ups. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This is on Black Ops Cold War multiplayer. I did not have that before on the Xbox One X. I will say the Series X is a lot faster that the One X I used to play on. The Series X also runs a good bit hotter than the previous version.

If it seems like your console is overheating, we recommend making sure that it's placed in a well-ventilated spot with 4-6 inches of clearance around it and that its vents are unobstructed.
