I chose the excellent condition one but it was missing a controller which I didn’t notice one I got home. While I understand used products sometimes won’t be the best condition this one started to act up within two days of use. The fan would randomly stop working which would cause the console to “overheat” when tho it wouldn’t be hot to touch at all and sitting in a really well ventilated area

The Best Buy process was pretty smooth once it was in my cart. I give it a 3 star rating because within maybe 2 hours of playing the Xbox died and wouldn’t turn back on. Having to go through the process of sending it back is a pain.

The controller is nice don’t have to buy a new controller if the battery gets damaged like the Ps5 I Decided I don’t need any distractions from life happy playing :)
