I had the Nintendo Switch, loved it but lost interest after the pandemic. I used to have original xbox and this blows it out of the water. Its a gaming powerhouse and if you love xbox you won’t be disappointed…10/10

It’s a behemoth simple put. Besides that it is a really amazing console. Just setting it up and downloading a few games for my son, I could really notice the download speed and performance upgrades.

Bought this for my grandson which he said was the only thing he wanted for Christmas,ha ha. I don't do much gaming but he couldn't wait to hook it up and get started. He said it's much better than his Xbox one.

Good console but made me feel like I should get a high end PC. Only quick load times and quick resume are new features, everything else seems pretty standard. Personally feel my PS5 feels like a true next gen experience vs series x.

Sits on my TV console unplayed. Nothing really exciting from XBOX this generation outside of Forza. New Halo felt more like an Assassin's creed wannabe.

Mine lasted through about 5 hours of gameplay. The next day it won't power on. Reached out to Microsoft and they were quick to tell me that I had to send it to them for repair. Online search looks like I'm far from the only person with this issue. Had to mail it to Microsoft and hopefully in a couple of weeks they'll have it back to me. If you're considering this purchase, might want to wait until they have some of the bugs worked out.

Didnt know 80% of the games i owned on my xbox one isnt backwards compatible to the X series

I was quite surprised and pleased with how easy it was to secure a purchase on an XBox. The complete experience of next gen gaming is met with this console. I was able to receive the console as a gift in time for the holidays.

I know XBOX has the better specs this generation but i could never get on board with the UI and the controller. I think this is just an OK step up from xbox one but this consoles lacks due to game pass and bad exclusives.

I am not a professional by any means, but I believe there are still too many bugs after it’s release. I am not disappointed with the hardware aspects, as this thing is a beast. It’s more software issues that need to be cleaned out.

I was blown away by the speed and graphic improvements. Unfortunately the audio failed after only two days. Had to return it and no replacements available. Oh well, back to the Xbox One. Truly disappointing.

Load times are far quicker than last gen but there’s no improvement in the Home Screen. Everything looks very low quality. Scoured the settings and either I overlooked it or it’s just not there. Games look great though

Love this console, haven't had a single problem since launch to this day, and it really does feel like a mini PC. Only wish these next-gen consoles came with more than 1 TB with the size of games these days.

Run of the mill console. Too tall for the space I have. Needed to set it away from the TV.

Hooking up the system was challenging for me and i am disabled. The manual was hard to understand.

Fantastic console but it did have it's issues releasing. It's better and better with each update but I recommend if you're wanting this for as a reliable console give it a few months so they can work out some of the kinks.

It loads things fast only good point right now. The extra memory is still way to high. The latency is so bad when playing multi player games like cod and such. I tried 3 different controllers, wired and wireless and went back to my XBox One X so I can can multi player games again. Buy at your own risk. After all this time they have not fixed the latency issues yet. I am not talking internet connection. The problem is the controllers taking to long to communicate with the console. With cod and other shooter games and multi player, every second counts.

Unless you have the tv or monitor to run it’s full specs, it’s like having the Xbox one X. The both run identical to each other. Also the switching between games doesn’t work for all games. But, I do love the controller.
