Curbside pickup is non existent

Checked in multiple times waited half an hour with my sleeping kids in the car and no one ever came out. When I called customer service after they came outside and looked and started closing the gates they told me wake up your kids and go inside. What’s the point of curbside pickup for single parents if they still have to drag their sleeping kids out of the car

My internet works perfectly fine for my PS5 and other devices. I wouldn't recommend this device to anyone. Save your money and get a PS5 when available. I'm disgusted. Total let down. I wasted my hard earned money for a fancy paper weight. Called customer service and no help.
