Slow updates, will not play 360 games even though it says it will. Oversized, clumsy unit. Forces you to input personal information with set up. Why do these people need the password for your email? Waited forever for it to finally be in stock and be able to order it for. To stop working after 2-4 months. They couldn’t help me fix it but took it back, gave me a refund and now I have to wait again to see when it comes in stock and hope I get one that works..

Controllers won’t stay connected and randomly disconnect causing sound loss as well. Spent 500 bucks so I could send it in to Microsoft and wait 3 more weeks to get another.
