Console runs very well, significantly better than my previous console but it struggles with Black Ops Cold War though I've heard that is an issue with the game not the console.

Xbox series X is an amazing console. Still needs for console exclusives.

Great Console, was hard to get but considering how limited they will be in the future it was worth it.

Both next gen should’ve released this upcoming fall 2021. It has plenty of potential. Fingers cross for E3 and new titles that take advantage of this system power

Great machine . PC video cards are extremely expensive and i felt this was a great alternative to that. I hope that vid cards come down soon..

Great system held back by the controller. First Xbox purchase, but now returned. Being used to PS4 and Switch, I found the controller to be extremely inferior. The clicking rounded D-pad, clicking bumpers, small surface area of the concave sticks, rounded face buttons, narrow surface area of the triggers and lack of forceful rumble all contributed to making this the worse controller I've used. I hope a revamped controller is in the works because I think the machine overall is great.

Amazing machine. Need a better 4k TV to keep up. Controllers this generation seem a bit lower quality which is my only reason for the 4 star. Otherwise the console is a beast.

My son loves the new Xbox and it seems to be of good quality. Good availability through Best Buy and the mobile pickup was convenient and quick.

Xbox was cool, got it with a package with extra controller and 3 month card unfortunately card didn’t work and Best Buy didn’t try to get me another one even after contacting

It took me 10 months since it’s release and I’ve finally got my Series X! I’m enjoying it, faster loading, great HD quality and more! Worth the money!

So much faster than my last gen xbox one. Load times on pretty much every game are blazing.

Coming from the Xbox one x this isn't as big as an upgrade as I was hoping for. I do like the quicker load times and looking forward to more games optimized for the series x

Really bad experience with this console. This is our fourth X Box. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our kids. When we initally launched it, we received a message that a software update was needed, we ran this. Part way through we received an error message that it was not able to update. We went through all the troubleshooting steps on Microsoft's site and ended up having to manually download the update onto a usb flashdrive and install it that way. This seemed to work until we attempted to install a game and the installation continuously failed. We were on wifi so switched to a hardwired connection to rule this out as the issue. When we attempted to open the console settings to update the network setup, we received a new error message about failure to access the settings. This troubleshooting step instructed us to power cycle. When we did this, the console went back to showing the original update message and error code and we were right back at the start. We have been trying to troubleshoot for 5 hours now and the console basically a brick. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

Very happy with my purchase. Cannot wait for some exclusives next year but loving gamepass and getting caught up on some back log with great load times and improved graphics

I purchased the game for my grand kids however for someone that is not familiar with the Xbox games and the operation of the systems they do not provide simple instructions on how to use the games.

Great graphics, but the lack of video pass through means I can no longer use XBox as my entertainment hub. The lack of press on the removal of this feature is disappointing.
