This is a definite improvement from my Xbox one. Wish there was more games. Wish there was more accessories. But the console does not disappoint.

The game library is awesome. PS5 has a better controller.

Have run in to more technical issues than I care for, but other than that it's great. Got my tv just for this console. Games look incredible in 120fps.

Son seems to enjoy it not a lot of exclusive titles at the moment but hopefully they can released some more game’s taking advantage of the hardware

Great for multimedia apps..netflix.movies.etc....does up scale select game titles. Also still personally view xbox live ultimate as over priced. 60$ 4months of ultimate. 27$ 3months xbox gold with crap free titles..good ones on ultimate only...ps is better at 60 a year..

Graphics look great, but games being over 50+gbs will fill up the 1tb of memory capacity. Other than that great product.

Game pass is what sold me, plus full backwards compatibility.

I’m really upset because the joy stick in the hand controller is not working. Who do I contact for that other than that my son loves his new Xbox.

Great gaming system for the price. Very fast ssd. Quick resume feature is great. Controller is well designed . Easy to install and setup.

Really bad experience with this console. This is our fourth X Box. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our kids. When we initally launched it, we received a message that a software update was needed, we ran this. Part way through we received an error message that it was not able to update. We went through all the troubleshooting steps on Microsoft's site and ended up having to manually download the update onto a usb flashdrive and install it that way. This seemed to work until we attempted to install a game and the installation continuously failed. We were on wifi so switched to a hardwired connection to rule this out as the issue. When we attempted to open the console settings to update the network setup, we received a new error message about failure to access the settings. This troubleshooting step instructed us to power cycle. When we did this, the console went back to showing the original update message and error code and we were right back at the start. We have been trying to troubleshoot for 5 hours now and the console basically a brick. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

My son needed an upgraded Xbox, and this seems to work well.

It’s an Xbox. Solid, functional, and all that. Nothing special beyond being a technological step forward.

The system is great but the shipping was poor... you expect the systems that were preordered to arrive on date of release or atleast the next day...

It’s a cool system, ps5 is better though, but still cool, like literally cool, because it came from outside in the mail.

Nice fast machine. Very powerful I love the quick resume feature. I do wish they updated the controller.

I bought the Xbox x for halo and so far I love the game play. Also the loading time is much faster compared to my Xbox 360

Great console and works great. Few crashes here and there but that’s a given at the beginning. Haven’t had any in a while and most works as expected
