When item was delivered it was left outside no signature was required so it was on the street and got stolen. Best buy does not want to re send the item. They told me file a police report. So now im stuck in dispute trying to get my money back from the bank for an item i never recieved. I would never order online from them again.... then come to find out they used a 3rd party delivery service not even postal service or ups. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Porting your gamer tag over from the One is easy as well. Pretty much every game from the 360 and One are backwards compatible also! Super pumped my wife got it for me for Christmas, wish she’d let me play it more.

Load times are improved but is that worth the upgrade? I’d say no. You still need a high quality monitor to truly get see the performance upgrades, 4K and 120fps. Also they took away the optical audio port so if you had a high end headset it now sounds terrible. I regret buying this and wish I would of built a PC
