Nice speedy console. Lack of any console exclusives disappointing but gamepass is definitely a great value.

3 stars became the first one i bought for my son was defective, couldn't return it because return period expired, sent it to Microsoft 2x and still couldn't resolve it if they even tried, some games wouldn't play. This one works though

Christmas gift for my daughter. Works like it should.

I have always been a playstation guy had a ps1 ps2 ps3 and ps4. Decided to make the switch and try Xbox glad i did the design of the series x is great the graphics are awesome and you can play some original xbox games 360 games and one s games on it ps5 can only play PS4 games Microsoft went above and beyond on this console glad i didnt get the ps5

i had to send it back to xbox to get it fixed with the soft ware

The new Xbox is a great console but it harder for me to work because I’m more use to the ps

This review is for anyone stressing about finding one & is upgrading from the previous generation: I honestly haven't touched it since setup/transfer. Not saying it's bad or doesn't deliver on what is advertised (it does what it says). But you will get exactly as much use out of this AT THE MOMENT as you do your Xbox One (or One X or whatever); it'll all just run faster. For me, there is no truly next-gen offering right now that makes this a necessity. Sure, that will change in the fall - highly anticipating the next Battlefield & Forza for instance - but until then, it's just visually updated games you probably already have. The interface is also exactly the same which is fine except that every time you boot it up it just underscores the fact that there really isn't THAT big a difference at the moment. TL;DR there's no rush. If you stumble upon one, go for it! But there is no need to scour the web, set up alerts, hammer the refresh button, etc. right now.

GREAT NEXT GENERATION CONSOLE. The only down side is not alot of next generation Xbox series x games to play.

Always like the latest and the greatest and this x box does it all, now i might need to upgrade the tv

This console seems to be less powerful than my xbox one, i have been spending a lot of time on the Xbox support team. Also this is the 2nd one. Best Buy thankfully replaced the first one. But thats not a Best bBuy issue, their services is great.

Love this console is exactly what i needed. The set up with game pass is pretty cool.

Great fast system. Not too much of an upgrade if you had the one x with an external ssd drive though.
