Supposedly new. Didn’t work!

When we started up the system it wouldn’t go past the update screen. Had to go to the store to return the product and we were told we got a lemon and there was no more in stock and the Xbox’s were sold out. We couldn’t even order it online or have it shipped to us. Awesome feeling to tell my child their Christmas gift had to be returned. All they gave me was a gift card and told me to check back for when they might have it in stock.id give them zero stars if that was an option

Best buy didn't ship until launch date and sat 8 hours away on launch date for 2 days. I will never pre-order or recommend best buy for a pre-order in the future. Also i will have nothing but poor things to say about best buy from now on.
