Poor customer service from Best Buy

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My xbox series x has issues that xbox customer service coukd not fix they are going to replace my xbox they said I coukd go back to Best Buy to exchange it for a new one. Best buy said that i bought it 8-26-2024 and its oassed the 15 days and said they cant do it. I told them Xbox said I can return for a new one and I have a email stating that. Best Buy said they do not send them back anymore and Xbox lied to me . I wish I new that before I bought it from Best Buy. I WOULD have went elsewhere. I even bought the 3 year service plan from Xbox.

It's a pain in the butt, causes chronic conflict in my house, and the money driven company makes you replace games and purchase multiple subscriptions for 2 people to play in the same house and prevents my kids from learning any self discipline at all. If you like losing yourself in a video game for hours and hours and shut out everyone you know, this is the machine for you.
