It's a pain in the butt, causes chronic conflict in my house, and the money driven company makes you replace games and purchase multiple subscriptions for 2 people to play in the same house and prevents my kids from learning any self discipline at all. If you like losing yourself in a video game for hours and hours and shut out everyone you know, this is the machine for you.

This one is ridiculously quiet and looks great. Never had any issues [well other than red rings with the earliest consoles] and my xbox series s and series x had constant controller disconnects. This hapoens with brand new controllers. Frustrating as CoD Vanguard and Forza Horizon 5 are challenging to win online when you controllers malfunction. Also have experienced crashes back to home screen way more than prior consoles. 4k 120hz via hdmi 2.1 is slick when things arent crashing or disconnecting. You might skip this covid console generation. Our gaming pc has literally no issues and if you can get a geforce 3070 youll be happier there.

The Best Buy process was pretty smooth once it was in my cart. I give it a 3 star rating because within maybe 2 hours of playing the Xbox died and wouldn’t turn back on. Having to go through the process of sending it back is a pain.
