I only got this because my brother wanted to play the only 2 games PlayStation doesnt have otherwise I wouldve asked for one of those PS5’s I seen in the back at Bestbuy.

Son enjoys it so much. His older one broke and we needed to replace. We picked this one and was very difficult to find. I even started to use it and found it very enjoyable

This babysits my husband while I go out shopping and spend his money. When I come back, he is still playing. Yippee for me.

Speeds are great and so is the memory.however,Microsoft needs to do a better job on beta testing. The wifi doesn’t work properly for multi player gaming. It lags very badly and your only option is to connect directly to your router via lan cable. This may not be an option for most people due to placement of their router. Bottom line if you rely solely on wifi for gaming, dont buy and wait until they fix this. At this time its unknown if it is a software issue or hardware. If its hardware then I have no clue on how Microsoft plans to rectify!!!!

Honestly my system doesn’t let me play any games. Literally kicks me out every single game, not just the call of duty and vahalla. Still would rather have an Xbox over PlayStation though.

Bought as a gift for my son, what can i say HE LOVES IT! This is the console that also plays disc's more versatile. Got it with the Halo game package, pretty good deal.

It's a beast of a machine, there's just no exclusives out there that make this a must purchase right now. At least Sony has Spiderman and Demons Souls. I'd wait on the Xbox personally.

On the website, it included two free games, but I didn’t get it.

Awesome game system. Great graphics and fast speeds. A giant upgrade from my old xbox one. Tried to find it on sale on Black Friday, but no luck. Same price everywhere.

Bought this for older nephew. He said his older version was "on it's last legs". He is very happy with the response and ease with which he set things up and it's use.

A great xbox if you got a tv that supports 120hz. If not gameplay will be no different than playing on an xbox one from 2013. The controller is a bit depressing compared to the ps5 controller. The one good thing is you can pair to your pc or iPad without a dongle. Best Buy did a great job providing the product its not their fault. The UI is the same as the xbox one you really can't tell a difference unless you have the right tv. Even so I'd recommend the ps5 unless they release a better controller.

We have an Xbox One and 2 boys at different colleges. The Series X is super fast with noticeably better graphics. Like that you can play the same games on both systems.

First one did not work. No replacements in store so waiting for replacement to be shipped. Hopefully the replacement will work.

My controller stopped working within a month of purchase. Went to the store I purchased it from with little success. Called geek squad customer support also with no success. Overall disappointing considering how much money it cost.

load time is much faster, very quiet and nicely designed. Love the fact that you can play the old xbox games. Dashboard is designed well. XBox game pass is free.

We had issues with the Xbox I was told by Best Buy support on the app to bring it into the store so that they could look at it and repair it after making my way to the store I was told I need to send it to Microsoft. Waste of an hour and a half and we are still having issues with the Xbox.

So glad I was able to find one for sale, definitely an upgrade from the Xbox one with great games and features also works with my external hard drive from my Xbox One

Coming from a PC I expected a significant drop off in performance but I surprisingly didn’t notice any. Great for the casual or die hard gamer. Definitely recommend!

I have owned two of these consoles and both of the disc drives stopped working right after the warranty expired. The only reason I bought the console was to play the discs from my 360. This is ridiculous and Microsoft should be held accountable for selling multiple defective products
