I have owned two of these consoles and both of the disc drives stopped working right after the warranty expired. The only reason I bought the console was to play the discs from my 360. This is ridiculous and Microsoft should be held accountable for selling multiple defective products

I didn’t give it 5 stars because yes it is a next gen console but this isn’t something that people should rush to but because it still feels like a regular Xbox one but new features.

I have the previous Xbox version in perfect condition but decided to purchase this for my children because of new graphically demanding games. They are enjoying it.

Controller Junk out after about 6-7 weeks. In fact I have to get a new one once a year minimum calling Microsoft now to see if they'll stand behind 1-year warranty???? Will update....

I think the unit I got was defective, it warms my food up instead of chilling it. But the gaming features are cool, just not what I was looking for in a mini fridge.

works great took me two years to get one. order this online and got curbside pick up 1 hour and a half. Storage is an issue but can be bought to add to the series x.

My experience is based on customer service. I ordered multiple items on Nov22 and all but one arrived the Xbox X. It was sent by FedEx and it was misplaced in their warehouse. It took from the 27th until Dec5 for FedEx to investigate and deemed lost. FedEx called me and gave me the news and told me to contact BestBuy with that information. I did so and have contacted BestBuy throughout and waiting to see if they would make things right quickly. Unfortunately I was told they have to finish their investigation now and it would not be concluded until 7-10days. I don’t blame BestBuy for losing the package but I expected another to be shipped immediately after FedEx concluded it was lost and only the shipper can recover replacement cost. So I sit here still without the Xbox waiting

If only i was able to get the halo one. But i love this guy here. Especially with the game pass this thing is the best. Playing high on life and it looks so crisp

Fast and powerful gaming system. Backwards compatibility with older games a plus. Played Microsoft flight simulator and ran great. Looking forward to other titles.

Very quiet, fast, and great video quality. Would recommend for if you want to see the highest quality of video output and the flexibility to buy video games disks.

I usually love ordering with Best Buy—-but this time it has not been good. This product has not been delivered and the tracking is not working. I have called customer service twice with assurance of an email to cancel or credit and rebuy. I have received nothing nor can I see if or when the item will be delivered. Frustrated!!!

I bought this Xbox brand new for my son for Christmas and after only 34 days it completely stopped working and would no longer turn on. Best Buy wouldn’t return, exchange or replace it since it was 4 days past their 30 day warranty window, and we are now hoping Microsoft will help since Best Buy would not. So disappointed in this product and in Best Buy’s service.

I regret not waiting to get a PS5. There just aren’t enough games, and the game I was most excited about was so buggy I stopped using my xbox for months

Doesn’t seem like a real upgrade from the first xbox one.

The graphics and load times are amazing, I just wished they would update their controllers. After getting the PS5 I hardly get on the Xbox. But I’m more of a PlayStation person.

Man of the house loves it! Keeps him playing 2K basketball most evenings! Love that you can also play movies on it if ya can't find anything to stream online!

Nothing special about this console. Series X doesn't feel like a next gen console. A lot hype for a system with few upgrades and a new shell. Best Buy service was great overall.

On the fence for a while about buying the new Xbox series x. The new system is muck faster as stated and Best Buy really made the purchasing experience great.

Ive been blown away at how amazing this is. Graphics are incredible and game pass is a knockout. What a tremendous system! I really don't have any critiques.
