Brought a Series X from this company and went to go pick it up in store. In store pickup was a fast process.I got home and downloaded games to it and would notice the downloads constantly stopping to where I had to manually press resume a couple of times for it to complete a download. That should have been my red flag right there but I didn’t think much of it. I had the system for exactly 15 days and on the 15th day I tried to turn the system on and it would cut on for 5 seconds and then shut down, everytime. I did all of Microsoft’s solutions nothing worked. I even YouTube’d this problem and someone on YouTube has the same exact issue and it’s no coincidence they also brought they’re Xbox from Best Buy. Long story short I returned the system to Best Buy on the last day of their “15 day return policy” (which should be 30 day not 15)and ordered it straight from Microsoft. Off the bat the download issue that I had on Best Buy’s system did not occur on Microsoft’s system. I’m not sure if Best Buy is selling defective consoles to consumers or the system was damaged due to shipping. I’ll continue to shop with Best Buy for anything else except gaming consoles.

This console is definitely worth purchasing. Game pass alone makes this an intriguing buy. It’s also super quiet, fast, and quick resume is a fantastic feature.

As much as this cost and the tech in it its disappointing...I turn it on, open a game and it turns off. This problem happens repeatedly. About to return it and get my money back!

It's an Xbox. Does this really have to be 50 characters?

I bought this for my son. He really enjoys the overall performance of the console. He said everything seems to move a little faster than his previous Xbox.

I was pretty excited to buy one of these due to good things I kept hearing about “Game Pass”, but ultimately, 99% of the games on Game Pass are very old multiplatform games that are also available on PlayStation and other platforms. The only good high profile game on Xbox Series X is Forza Horizon 5, which you could also buy on PC. The user interface and operating system aren’t anywhere near as smooth as PlayStation 5’s. Everything is needlessly scattered and obscured, some things don’t load at all when you press A on them, the buttons on the Xbox controller are often unresponsive so you have to end up pressing them multiple times. The buttons also make a very loud clicking sound, it sounds like an old keyboard. The interface actually feels like a choppy web browser. It feels very slow. Then there’s the issue with horribly designed hardware and software. The console will randomly shut down on you for no reason, and it looks like part of the reason is that things take too long to load, which makes the console think there’s a problem, so it automatically restarts or crashes. There are no real exclusives to buy on the console. Build a PC and buy a PlayStation 5. It’s the best combo, Xbox doesn’t have its’ own games.

It worked great at first but then it started cutting off outta nowhere . Also my HDMI port is broken for some reason so now o can’t get the picture to display on my screen.

so i bought the xbox series x and the 2 year game pass ultimate bundle i went to store to pick it up they they only gave me the xbox manager told me i would receive the 2 year game pass as soon in a few hours in a email 14 hours later nothing how am i supposed to play online please tell me the xbox is useless without online going to return it in the morning after waiting almost a year for a xbox series x this sucks thanks for nothing best buy

Upgraded from the Series S to the Series X. So much faster. The Series S was crashing when playing Call of Duty Warzone 2 but no issues with the Series X

Finally,i got one . Really looking forward to play all my xbox games. Game pass is a must. 1 tera is kind on the low side but a external storage solve that.

Good console was sold out 4 hours after purchasing getting easier to get hands on deff still limited to an extent tho. Exceeded my expectaions for a console

Good but it great system. Does not have the library PS5 has but definitely easier to obtain ergo the reason I have it. Overall, looks decent and is fast.

Nice consul limited on gameplay no major titles or releases

I purchased the Xbox series X 1 tb gaming console that came with 2 different games, in addition to a PS5 1 TB gaming console. The xbox gaming console was shipped separately from the 2 games. My sons bithday is in December in addition to christmas, so i gave him the gaming console for his birthday and the 2 games for christmas. When the games came in the mail, i didnt open it as i alteady knew what was in the box. Fast foward to christmas day, when we opened gifts with everyone. He opened the box and there was 2 games cases, when he opened the cases they were both empty. NO GAMES inside the cases. I called customer service the next day and was told there was nothing they could do. If i could leave a negative star i would.

Recently got it dont regret it at all it eas thr brst purchase could play all yhr games got game pass and is thr ebet at running gamrd at 4k 120 or 4k 60

This console is great. It runs the streaming apps better than other devices. You can get all you need for the most part from a subscription to Game Pass.

I don't like the monthly charge. It does run nicely. PS5 is better

The system is great, when it works. The system crashes when playing certain games, Microsoft seems to be ignoring the issue blaming it on ventilation or the power supply. I've sent it in to microsoft for repair or replacement. It was released in November. Couldn't return it to best buy because they don't have have any in stock.

Very difficult transferring from the xbox s 2tb still cant get the games working. Blow out the cable box and can't use the tvnow.very disjointed with this at this time.

I love the xbox x. Got it for my biyfriends birthday and he loves it as well.
