The item was instead brought to our office the next day direct from a store. However this was a weekend and the office was closed, we did not think this would be an issue as our delivery date was set for the middle of the week. The item was then returned to the store and we are now having to wait on a refund to repurchase. Pretty bad expiernece overall.

First, we recommend making sure that it is placed in a well-ventilated space with clearance of 6-9 inches around it and unobstructed vents.
