Games freeze in the middle of playing them. Get stuck in black screens with no way of escaping them except doing a hard restart. You would think that after 8 years of developing a console they would have fixed everything that was wrong with the last one. But they just changed the shape and gave you few more pixels. If all my friends werent on this platform already, I would return this and buy a PS5.

If you buy one and you have the issue be prepared to use a wired controller because MS can't or won't address the issue or even admit it's a problem.
